热环境下航天器几种典型连接结构动力学分析

【摘要】:对大型复杂结构进行仿真分析时,连接处接触界面的不同处理方式往往对结构的动力学分析产生显著的影响,本文就几种典型的连接方式的接触问题进行有限元建模仿真,通过结果分析考虑连接界面接触的建模方式对结构动力学响应的一般影响,最后分析了热载荷的作用下结构的动态响应的一般特点。结构连接处的力学行为十分复杂,接触界面上存在滑移、摩擦,甚至碰撞、冲击等极端的边界条件非线性现象。本文介绍了接触力学有关连接接触的有关理论,结合实际工程应用采取有限元计算分析方法,用ABAQUS软件对带支耳连接的材料考核试验进行有限元建模仿真,分析了支耳与材料接触表面处的接触压力变化规律;对考虑了销钉连接的飞行器折叠舵进行仿真分析,得出销钉连接结构对折叠舵各阶模态频率的影响特点;然后通过Tie模型、Beam-MPC模型、无螺纹模型、设定螺纹参数模型和带螺纹螺栓模型等几种不同的螺栓建模方式进行了仿真分析,通过对比螺栓连接不同模型的仿真效果得到合理的螺栓连接建模方式。本文最后章节的仿真分析中考虑了热环境对接触连接结构动响应的影响,通过与常温下的结构响应进行对比分析,得出一定的温度下热对整体结构动力学响应的影响;最后考虑了螺栓连接在不同温度下的等效刚度随着温度增加时的变化曲线,得到热对结构的连接刚度有削减作用的结论。
[Abstract]:In the simulation analysis of large and complex structures, the different processing methods of the contact interface at the joint often have a significant impact on the dynamic analysis of the structure. In this paper, the finite element modeling and simulation of several typical contact modes are carried out, and the general influence of the interface contact modeling method on the dynamic response of the structure is considered through the analysis of the results. Finally, the general characteristics of the dynamic response of the structure under the action of thermal load are analyzed. The mechanical behavior of the structural joint is very complicated, and there are slippage, friction and even collision at the contact interface. In this paper, the theory of contact mechanics about connection contact is introduced, and the finite element analysis method is adopted in combination with the practical engineering application. The finite element modeling and simulation of the material test with supporting ear connection was carried out by using ABAQUS software, and the contact pressure variation law between the supporting ear and the material contact surface was analyzed. The simulation analysis of the aircraft folding rudder with pin connection is carried out, and the influence of the pin connection structure on the modal frequency of the folding rudder is obtained. Then through Tie model Beam-MPC model, no thread model, screw thread parameter model and screw bolt model, several different bolt modeling methods are simulated and analyzed. By comparing the simulation results of different bolted connection models, a reasonable bolt connection modeling method is obtained. The effect of thermal environment on the dynamic response of the contact connection structure is considered in the simulation analysis of the last chapter of this paper. By comparing with the structural response at room temperature, the influence of heat on the dynamic response of the whole structure is obtained. Finally, the curves of the equivalent stiffness of bolted joints at different temperatures are considered, and the conclusion that the heat can reduce the connection stiffness of the structure is obtained.
