某型运载火箭地面设备研制项目进度管理研究

【摘要】：本文主要针对某运载火箭地面设备研制项目进行了进度管理的研究和优化。某运载火箭地面设备研制项目具有技术难度大、项目周期短、配套品种复杂、竞争环境等特点,而按时完成任务直接影响着该项目的成败。在某运载火箭地面设备研制项目中,如何在企业独有的环境下,通过综合分析、系统策划实施项目进度管理的优化控制,按时、保质完成任务,是本文研究的重点。在本文中,首先从研究进度管理文献开始,对国外项目进度管理、国内项目进度管理的研究及实践发展情况进行了综合分析；然后,重点介绍了航天系统内项目进度管理特点,概述了航天系统项目进度管理的基本情况和方法。在广泛收集和整理本某企业有关项目管理管理的各项基础数据和资料之后,确定了得出了工厂中影响产品进度主要的内部、外部因素。结合某运载火箭地面设备研制项目,利用项目进度管理相关理论知识,针对性提出解决措施,详细阐述了使用工作结构分解、项目活动时间估计、活动并行、关键线路法(CPM)等方法在某运载火箭地面设备研制项目的具体应用及实践。本文研究内容对于某运载火箭地面设备研制项目的成功完成具有决定性意义。同时,也可为某运载火箭地面设备研制项目提供具体的进度管理及优化方法,确保项目按期完成。当然,本文也为企业今后的其他类似的型号研制项目提供参考和借鉴,尽快建立和完善企业的型号项目进度管理体系打下了基础。
[Abstract]:This article mainly aims at the development project of a launch vehicle ground equipment was studied and optimized schedule management. The development project of a launch vehicle ground equipment has the technical difficulty, the project cycle is short, supporting complex varieties, characteristics of the competitive environment, and to finish the task in time directly affect the success or failure of the project. In the development project of a launch vehicle the device, how in the enterprise's unique environment, through comprehensive analysis, planning and implementation of control system, optimization of project schedule management on time, complete the task, is the focus of this paper. In this paper, we first study the progress management of foreign literature, the progress of the project management, research and development of domestic project management practice make a comprehensive analysis; then, introduces the space system project management features, outlines the basic situation of the space project schedule management And after the method. The basic data and information collected widely about the management of the project management of an enterprise, the products that affect the progress of the main internal and external factors in the factory. Combined with the research project of a launch vehicle ground equipment, using project management theory, puts forward solving measures in detail describes the use of a work breakdown structure, concurrent project activity time estimation, critical path method (CPM) application and practice in the development of a launch vehicle ground equipment project. This paper research content is of decisive significance to the development of the project of a launch vehicle ground equipment successfully. At the same time, can also be developed as a carrier ground equipment project schedule management and optimization of specific methods, to ensure the project completed on time.
