光环境对飞机座舱显示工效的影响机理研究

【摘要】:座舱显示系统作为飞行员的信息输入源,对飞行安全的意义重大。虽然现役飞机座舱主仪表界面多为二代、三代布局,随着显示技术的发展,大屏显示必然逐渐被应用到更多的驾驶舱设计中。目前,关于光环境的变化对应用大屏显示的飞机座舱显示工效的影响程度并不可知。在设计过程中,由于缺少相关的理论依据,既影响了进度也提高了成本。对此,必须尽快开展关于大屏显示的光环境对显示工效的影响机理研究。本文在研究人眼视觉特性、飞机座舱视觉工效设计等理论基础上,对应用大屏显示的飞机座舱光环境及其对显示工效的影响因素进行了详细分析,构建了光环境变化对座舱显示工效的影响指标体系。提出了座舱显示界面亮度模型,开展了照明光色和显示界面配色方案工效实验研究。本文的主要工作如下:首先分析了HVS中与光环境及显示工效相关的内容,包括人眼视觉功能、光谱光视效率等。在此基础上,研究了飞机座舱光环境的构成及相应的飞行场景、任务下的光变特点,并基于专家经验提出了座舱显示工效的影响因素和带权值的指标体系。随后,基于人眼视觉感知的显示界面亮度模型研究。依据人眼视觉感知、以及光度学理论建立应用大屏显示的座舱照明系统、显示系统的亮度模型,分别提出了亮度、均匀度、对比度等指标的算术模型,并以某型飞机座舱显示界面为对象进行了亮度算例研究。最后,基于工效实验开展的座舱光环境色度系统研究。通过搭建物理实验平台、设计心理学工效实验,研究了不同亮度水平、照明光色条件下的显示配色方案。并基于主成因分析法对实验数据进行了分析,结合被试的主观评定表给出了不同光环境下大屏显示的配色方案建议。
[Abstract]:The cockpit display system, as the information input source for pilots, is of great significance to flight safety. Although the main instrument interface of aircraft cockpit in active service is mostly second-generation and third-generation layout, with the development of display technology, Large screen display is bound to be gradually applied to more cockpit design. At present, the influence of the change of light environment on the efficiency of aircraft cockpit display with large screen display is unknown. Due to the lack of relevant theoretical basis, the progress is affected and the cost is increased. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the research on the mechanism of the effect of the light environment of the large screen display on the display efficiency as soon as possible. Based on the theory of visual ergonomics design of aircraft cockpit, the light environment of aircraft cockpit with large screen display and its influencing factors on display efficiency are analyzed in detail. The influence index system of light environment change on cockpit display efficiency is constructed, and the brightness model of cockpit display interface is proposed. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the contents related to light environment and display ergonomics in HVS, including human visual function, are analyzed. On the basis of this, the composition of the light environment of the cockpit and the corresponding flight scene, the characteristics of the light variation under the mission are studied. Based on the experience of experts, the paper puts forward the influencing factors of cockpit display efficiency and the index system with weight. Then, the display interface brightness model based on human visual perception is studied. As well as the photometric theory to establish the cabin lighting system with large screen display, the luminance model of the display system, and the arithmetic model of luminance, uniformity, contrast, etc. Finally, the light environment chromaticity system of cockpit based on ergonomics experiment is studied. The psychological ergonomics experiment is designed by setting up a physical experimental platform. This paper studies the scheme of color matching under different luminance levels and illumination color conditions, and analyzes the experimental data based on the main cause analysis method. Combining with the subjective evaluation table of the subjects, the proposal of color matching scheme for large screen display in different light environment is given.
