虚拟仪表可视化建模方法研究

【摘要】:随着人类社会进入知识经济时代,以及信息技术的高速发展,仪器仪表在各个领域都得到了日益广泛的应用,这也使得仪器仪表行业得到了快速的发展。然而,由于制作工艺的限制,传统仪表在灵敏度、精确度、复现性、稳定性等方面会受到一定影响。同时,外界环境也会影响到仪表的可靠性。为了解决上述问题,并且满足现代科技对测控精度的更高要求,在计算机技术、虚拟现实技术与网络通信技术等信息技术迅猛发展的基础上,虚拟仪表应运而生,并受到了越来越多的关注与应用。为了能够使众多类型的虚拟仪表能够被方便快捷的开发,并且使非计算机专业人士也能够完成虚拟仪表的设计,本课题完成了可视化虚拟仪表设计平台系统的设计与研发。该系统的特点在于能够根据测试任务的实际需求,定义和设计出相应的虚拟仪表;同时,系统可以满足普通用户的需求,不要求使用者具备太多的计算机专业知识。本文在研究虚拟仪表建模方法的基础上,结合计算机技术,阐述了可视化虚拟仪表设计平台系统的研发过程。文中首先对可视化技术及使用VC++绘图时消除屏幕闪烁的技术作了具体介绍;然后从面向对象建模和UML建模方面介绍并比较了几种交互式建模方法;接着在对虚拟仪表构成及设计特点研究的基础上,提出基于“单元要素”的仪表单元定义方法,以及虚拟仪表的组合与装配的模块化设计方法,并在对其建模的基础上将其进行了可视化模型转换;最后从系统实现角度出发,详细阐述了可视化虚拟仪表设计平台系统的体系结构设计与实现过程,并结合飞机虚拟维修的实例验证可视化虚拟仪表平台系统的实用性与准确性。
[Abstract]:With the human society entering the era of knowledge economy and the rapid development of information technology, instrumentation has been increasingly widely used in various fields, which has also made the instrument industry rapid development. Due to the limitation of manufacturing process, the sensitivity, accuracy, reproducibility and stability of traditional instruments will be affected to a certain extent. At the same time, the external environment will also affect the reliability of the instruments. In order to solve the above problems, And to meet the higher requirements of modern science and technology for measurement and control accuracy, on the basis of the rapid development of information technology, such as computer technology, virtual reality technology and network communication technology, virtual instrument emerged as the times require. And has received more and more attention and application. In order to make many types of virtual instruments can be developed easily and quickly, and to enable non-computer professionals to complete the design of virtual instruments, This paper has completed the design and development of the visual virtual instrument design platform system. The characteristic of the system is that it can define and design the corresponding virtual instrument according to the actual demand of the test task, at the same time, The system can meet the needs of ordinary users and does not require users to have too much computer expertise. This paper expounds the research and development process of visual virtual instrument design platform system. Firstly, the visualization technology and the technology of eliminating screen flicker when drawing with VC are introduced in detail. Then several interactive modeling methods are introduced and compared from the aspects of object-oriented modeling and UML modeling, and then, based on the research of the structure and design characteristics of virtual instrument, the definition method of instrument unit based on "element element" is proposed. The modular design method of combination and assembly of virtual instruments is presented, and the visual model transformation is carried out on the basis of modeling. Finally, from the point of view of system realization, The architecture design and implementation process of the visual virtual instrument design platform system are described in detail. The practicability and accuracy of the visual virtual instrument platform system are verified by the example of aircraft virtual maintenance.
