飞机喷水桁杆控制系统优化设计仿真

【摘要】:为了研究某型飞机的结冰试验,需要研发一套飞机空中喷水作业系统。飞机喷水桁杆控制系统是飞机空中喷水作业设备的重要组成部分,需要将桁杆稳定在设定角度进行喷水作业。由于绳索张力、桁杆系统气动力及重力的综合作用,使得桁杆的控制变得复杂。针对飞机喷水桁杆系统进行了数学建模分析,并利用线性二次型调节器(Linear Quadratic Regulator,LQR)进行了控制器设计和控制参数的获取。仿真结果表明,所设计的控制器不仅提高了桁杆系统的稳定性,还有效改善了控制系统动态响应和鲁棒性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the ice forming test of a certain type of aircraft, it is necessary to develop an air water jet operating system, which is an important part of the jet water spraying equipment. It is necessary to stabilize the truss rod in the water spraying operation at a set angle. The control of the truss rod becomes complicated because of the combined action of the rope tension, the aerodynamic force of the truss rod system and the gravity. The mathematical modeling analysis of the jet truss rod system of the aircraft is carried out. The linear quadratic regulator linear Quadratic regulator LQR) is used to design the controller and obtain the control parameters. The simulation results show that the controller not only improves the stability of the truss rod system, but also improves the stability of the truss rod system. It also improves the dynamic response and robustness of the control system.
