基于磁流变减震器的起落架落震仿真模块开发

【摘要】:磁流变减震器可持续提供可变阻尼力,结构简单且稳定耐用,是飞机起落架缓冲系统的重要组成部分,在飞机起落架缓冲领域,有着广阔的应用前景。磁流变减震器在应用于飞机起落架之前,需要经过多项性能试验和振动试验,其中包括磁流变起落架落震试验。落震试验台是进行落震试验的主要试验装置。使用落震试验台对磁流变起落架进行落震试验,研究分析磁流变起落架整体及其减震器在着陆撞击过程中的动力学特性。磁流变减震器性能试验和振动试验费用昂贵,若试验失败,需要重新设计磁流变减震器并重新进行磁流变减震器性能试验和振动试验,增加了设计和制造周期。为了降低试验费用、缩短设计和制造周期,开发了磁流变减震器的振动测试仿真平台,模拟仿真多项性能试验和振动试验。振动测试仿真平台包括减震器性能测试、落震仿真、滑跑振动测试、全机振动测试四个模块。本文针对振动测试仿真平台模拟仿真落震试验的需求,开发了落震仿真模块。落震仿真模块包括ADAMS仿真、Matlab仿真、数学模型、仿真结果与试验结果对比四个子模块。ADAMS仿真子模块与Matlab仿真子模块均能模拟仿真磁流变起落架落震过程。ADAMS仿真子模块采用动力学仿真技术,突出动力学仿真优势。Matlab仿真子模块突出了Matlab软件在控制器仿真方面的优势。ADAMS仿真子模块和Matlab仿真子模块分别使用在ADAMS软件中建立的磁流变起落架基础模型和在Matlab软件中建立的磁流变起落架基础模型来模拟仿真磁流变起落架落震过程。磁流变起落架基础模型使用参数化建模方法,能够根据输入参数自动调整和更新模型。落震仿真模块在数据输入输出过程中,产生大量数据,对这些数据进行管理涉及到数据管理系统,磁流变落震仿真模块选用ACCESS数据库,对数据进行存储、删除、调取。在落震仿真模块中,可以进行磁流变起落架落震仿真研究并对仿真结果进行对比分析。通过落震仿真模块的开发,为振动测试仿真平台提供了一个可进行磁流变起落架落震仿真和磁流变起落架动力学特性分析的模块,为设计和制造磁流变减震器提供参考。
[Abstract]:Magnetorheological shock absorber can provide variable damping force, simple structure and stable and durable. It is an important part of aircraft landing gear buffer system, and has a broad application prospect in aircraft landing gear buffer field. Before the application of Mr shock absorber to aircraft landing gear, it is necessary to go through many performance tests and vibration tests, including magnetorheological landing gear landing test. The earthquake drop test rig is the main test device for the falling earthquake test. The dynamic characteristics of the whole magnetorheological landing gear and its shock absorber in the process of landing impact were studied and analyzed by using the seismic drop test rig to test the magnetorheological landing gear. The performance test and vibration test of magnetorheological shock absorber are expensive. If the test fails, it is necessary to redesign the magnetorheological shock absorber and carry out the performance test and vibration test again, thus increasing the design and manufacture period. In order to reduce the test cost and shorten the design and manufacture period, a vibration test simulation platform for Mr shock absorber is developed, which simulates a number of performance tests and vibration tests. The vibration test simulation platform includes four modules: shock absorber performance test, vibration drop simulation, runaway vibration test and whole machine vibration test. In order to meet the demand of vibration test simulation platform, a simulation module is developed in this paper. The simulation module includes ADAMS simulation, Matlab simulation, mathematical model, The simulation results are compared with the experimental results. The four sub-modules, the Adams simulation sub-module and the Matlab simulation sub-module, can all simulate the magnetorheological landing gear landing process. Adams simulation sub-module uses dynamic simulation technology. Highlight the advantage of dynamic Simulation. MATLAB Simulation Submodule highlights the advantages of Matlab software in controller simulation. Adams simulation submodule and Matlab simulation submodule respectively use the MRG basic model established in ADAMS software and the Matlab simulation module. The basic model of magnetorheological landing gear is established in the software to simulate the seismic process of the magnetorheological landing gear. The basic model of Mr landing gear can adjust and update the model automatically according to input parameters by using parameterized modeling method. In the process of data input and output, a lot of data are generated in the simulation module of falling earthquake. The management of these data involves the data management system. The ACCESS database is used in the simulation module of magnetorheological fallout, and the data is stored, deleted and transferred. In the simulation module of falling earthquake, we can do the simulation research of magnetorheological landing gear and compare and analyze the simulation results. Through the development of the vibration simulation module, this paper provides a module for the vibration test simulation platform, which can be used for the simulation of the magnetorheological landing gear and the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the magnetorheological landing gear, and provides a reference for the design and manufacture of the magnetorheological shock absorber.
