面向空域规划的地图处理数学基础平台的搭建

【摘要】:随着我国经济的不断发展,民航业的发展更是取得了长足进步,各地对于机场的新建或者改扩建的需求愈加旺盛,因此飞行程序设计的需求量也与日俱增。这就促使飞行程序设计工作的自动化实现成为提高行业内业务水平的热点问题。近年来,自从CAD作图引入飞行程序设计工作后,各地区飞行程序设计单位在自动化绘图方面已经有了逐步的应用,但是由于飞行程序设计工作的特殊性,不同于一般工业设计中的自动绘图,其设计飞行程序的基础是地图使用的精确和真实性。而目前并没有一套完整的系统可以兼顾CAD的灵活设计功能和GIS的地图处理功能,因此,在已有的CAD平台下,通过二次开发,使CAD平台具备符合飞行程序设计相应需求的GIS功能就显得格外重要。本文在详细研究了CAD平台和GIS平台不同功用的前提下。首先从地图制图生成的角度,阐述了将地球上地物的地理位置表达到人类生产生活所使用的地图上的过程。再从反向的角度,分析了在已有地形图的情况下如何应用数学原理使地图上一点的位置真实的表达出其地理位置含义。该部分的阐述思路借鉴了GIS系统中对地图的处理过程,即从定位配准到地图纠正,再到跨带拼接,基本涵盖了飞行程序设计所要求的地图处理内容。然后,以软件工程的研究角度,对二次开发的过程做了一个详细的阐释。最后给出了验证示例,演示了软件的关键操作部分。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in our country, the development of civil aviation industry has made great progress, and the demand for airport construction or expansion has become more and more vigorous, so the demand for flight program design is increasing day by day. This makes the automation of flight program design become a hot issue to improve the business level in the industry. In recent years, since the introduction of flight program design into CAD mapping, flight program design units in various regions have been gradually applied in automatic drawing, but because of the particularity of flight program design, Unlike automatic drawing in general industrial design, flight programs are designed on the basis of the accuracy and authenticity of map use. At present, there is not a complete system that can take into account the flexible design function of CAD and the map processing function of GIS. Therefore, under the existing CAD platform, through the secondary development, It is very important for CAD platform to have GIS function that meets the requirements of flight program design. This paper studies the different functions of CAD platform and GIS platform in detail. Firstly, from the point of view of cartographic generation, this paper expounds the process of expressing the geographical position of the earth's features to the maps used by human beings in production and life. Then from the reverse point of view, the paper analyzes how to use mathematical principles to make the location of a point on the map express its geographical meaning in the case of the existing topographic map. This part draws lessons from the process of map processing in GIS system, that is, from location registration to map correction, and then to cross-band splicing, which basically covers the content of map processing required by flight program design. Then, from the point of view of software engineering, the process of secondary development is explained in detail. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the key operation of the software.
