某型柱塞组件轴向间隙测量夹具优化设计

【摘要】：文章以某型恒速传动装置中的柱塞组件轴向间隙测量夹具设计为案例。从产品测量要求及工艺性能出发,初步设计出满足工艺要求的测量夹具。其次,结合各型产品尺寸规格数据,从夹具的关键测量部件入手,优化原夹具结构,保证该夹具能满足较大尺寸范围的测量要求。实践证明,该测量夹具结构简单,测量数据不但达到设计目标,而且极大地缩短产品制造周期,降低了检测成本。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a fixture for measuring the axial clearance of a plunger assembly in a certain type of constant speed drive is designed as a case. From the requirements of the product measurement and the process performance, a measuring fixture is designed to meet the requirements of the process. Secondly, the structure of the original fixture is optimized and the structure of the original fixture is optimized by combining the size and specification data of various types of products to ensure the clamp. It has proved that the measurement fixture has a simple structure, and the measurement data not only achieve the design goal, but also greatly shorten the production cycle and reduce the detection cost.
