民用机场供油模式优化研究与应用

【摘要】:随着中国经济的快速发展,国内民用机场业务量激增,特别是在当前区域规划战略升级和稳增长的背景下,机场建设的互联互通和投资拉动效应愈发凸显,中国航油供油任务加重,传统的供油模式问题凸显,优化需求日益迫切。在机场众多,情况复杂的背景下,流程梳理,历史数据收集整理并进行科学分析成为最直接有效的手段。本论文基于中国航空油料集团公司管理提升的背景,以增效节能为目标,将研究定位于中航油所服务的民用机场供油模式,从油源、作业单元、供油工艺等角度对民用机场现有的供油模式和流程进行梳理及利弊分析,针对现存的业务链条过长,航油及能源消耗大及科学规划缺失等问题进行研究,遵循打破传统、理论提升、科学运用的原则,重点在加油量预测、油库库容设置、作业单元设置方面引入科学分析技术,以历史数据为基础,融合多种方法并取长抑短,寻求高效的供油模式,以达到优化目标;同时选取重庆江北国际机场和赣州机场两个具有代表性机场为例,在详细调研机场现状的基础上运用上述研究成果针对两个机场的供油系统分别进行优化,实际应用效果验证了优化的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the volume of domestic civil airport business has increased dramatically, especially in the context of the strategic upgrading and steady growth of the current regional planning, the connectivity and investment pull effect of airport construction has become increasingly prominent. The problem of traditional fuel supply mode is becoming more and more serious, and the demand for optimization is becoming more and more urgent. Under the background of numerous airports and complicated situations, the most direct and effective means is to sort out the process, collect and collect historical data and carry out scientific analysis. In this paper, based on the background of management promotion of China Aviation Oil Group Company, aiming at increasing efficiency and saving energy, the research will be focused on the civil airport fuel supply mode, from oil source, operation unit, to the civil airport oil supply mode served by China Aviation Oil Company. From the point of view of oil supply technology and so on, this paper combs and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing fuel supply modes and processes of civil airports. Aiming at the existing problems such as the long business chain, the large consumption of aviation oil and energy and the lack of scientific planning, and so on, it follows to break the tradition. Theoretical promotion, principles of scientific application, emphasis on oil quantity prediction, oil storage capacity setting, operation unit setting, introduction of scientific analysis technology, integration of various methods and taking long and short to seek efficient oil supply mode, based on historical data. At the same time, two representative airports, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport and Ganzhou Airport, are selected as examples to optimize the oil supply system of the two airports based on the detailed investigation of the present situation of the airports. The effectiveness of the optimization is verified by practical application.
