一种预测疲劳后复合材料单钉连接剩余强度的方法

【摘要】:复合材料机械连接件的疲劳问题在飞机结构设计中愈显突出。以复合材料层合板疲劳中刚度退化模型为基础,分析了复合材料单钉连接件在疲劳过程中细观机理,建立了复合材料单钉连接剩余强度预测公式;并开展了CCF300/BA9916-ⅡS复合材料单钉连接疲劳试验。结果表明,公式预测结果与试验结果取得较好的吻合。
