进近管制扇区通行能力评估技术研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of air transportation industry, the resources of airspace system are becoming more and more tight, and the capacity of sector control has become an important factor restricting the utilization of airspace resources. In order to balance the contradiction between supply and demand of airspace resources and reduce flight delay, it is necessary to evaluate the operational capability of airspace system scientifically and reasonably. Sector capacity assessment is an important basis for scientifically formulating flow management strategies and implementing accurate control and command measures, and plays an important role in reality. In this paper, the approach control sector is taken as the research object. Firstly, the concept of traffic capacity is introduced, and the influence factors and factors are analyzed, and the impact degree is divided, and the scene set of sector operation is established. Based on the characteristics of air traffic flow, and according to the fixed point, section and sector, the traffic flow model of sector is established, including the local ranking model based on first come first service. Based on the collision avoidance model and maneuvering model, based on the flight impact zone to avoid the maneuvering model and modified model, the air waiting model. Then, considering the subjective and objective factors of sector controller load and route network operation, two characteristic indexes of control load degree and network saturation are introduced, and the sector capacity model is established. Based on the combination of mathematical modeling and system simulation, a sector capacity simulation evaluation method is proposed. Finally, the results of sector capacity evaluation and the influence of traffic flow on traffic capacity are analyzed with a typical sector in China. The results show that this study can extend the connotation of existing sector capacity evaluation and provide new ideas and methods for the overall measurement of sector capacity.
