航空发动机振动信号ICA分离方法的研究

【摘要】:研究了基于独立分量分析(independent component analysis,ICA)的发动机转子振动信号分离方法,目的是对转子振动的混叠信号进行分离。首先,研究独立分量分析方法中Infomax方法和Fast ICA方法对混叠信号的分离效果;然后利用LABVIEW信号采集系统采集转子的振动信号,实现从混叠信号中分离源信号,并分别对转子的不对中和碰摩两种工作状态的转子振动信号进行分离测试,验证了该方法的适用性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The separation method of engine rotor vibration signal based on independent component analysis (independent component analysis,ICA) is studied in this paper. The purpose of this method is to separate the mixed signal of rotor vibration. Firstly, the separation effect of Infomax method and Fast ICA method on aliasing signal is studied. Then the rotor vibration signal is collected by LABVIEW signal acquisition system, and the source signal is separated from the mixed signal. The applicability and effectiveness of the method are verified.
