基于激光的旋转件参数高速传输方法研究

【摘要】:针对高速旋转的航空发动机转子部件,随着所需测量转子参数的测点及需求精度的不断提高,传统的导电滑环式数据传输系统在可靠性、寿命及带宽上均不能满足需求。为弥补传统数据传输系统的不足,设计了一种针对航空发动机转子部件的基于无线激光的非接触参数采集传输系统。提出了总体设计方案,设计了电能传输系统,多通道参数采集系统、非接触数据传输系统以及上位机接收程序。由于本设计系统需要完成对高速旋转部件的参数进行长时间的采集传输,采用传统的电能供给方法难以有效完成旋转部件间的电能传输,因此,通过感应供电的方式对位于转子端的参数采集及传输系统提供电能供给。此外,为满足多通道数据同时传输的要求,设计了基于以太网数据交换功能的高速多通道参数采集传输系统。多通道参数采集系统完成对航空发动机温度、压力等信号的AD转换并以以太网帧的形式传递给非接触参数传输系统。非接触参数传输系统完成多通道数据的并串转换,串化后的数据以无线激光的形式发射出去,在接收端通过对光电探测器接收到的数据进行解串并转换为以太网帧以后通过以太网口上传至上位机接收程序,最终完成对采集到的参数进行解析及存储的工作。本设计系统具有多通道、小型化、易安装、高速传输的特点,对本设计系统进行了试验验证,为航空发动机非接触参数采集传输提供了一种可靠的途径。
[Abstract]:For the rotor parts of high-speed rotating aero-engine, the reliability, life and bandwidth of the traditional conductive slip-ring data transmission system can not meet the requirements with the increasing of the measuring point and the demand precision of the rotor parameters needed to measure the rotor parameters. In order to make up for the deficiency of traditional data transmission system, a wireless laser-based non-contact parameter acquisition and transmission system for aero-engine rotor is designed. The overall design scheme is presented. The power transmission system, the multi-channel parameter acquisition system, the contactless data transmission system and the host computer receiving program are designed. Because the system needs to complete the long-time acquisition and transmission of the parameters of the high-speed rotating parts, it is difficult to use the traditional power supply method to effectively complete the electrical energy transmission between the rotating parts, so the power transmission between the rotating components is difficult to be achieved effectively. The power supply is provided to the parameter acquisition and transmission system located at the rotor end by induction power supply. In addition, in order to meet the requirement of simultaneous transmission of multi-channel data, a high-speed multi-channel parameter acquisition and transmission system based on Ethernet data exchange function is designed. The multi-channel parameter acquisition system completes the AD conversion of the aero-engine temperature and pressure signals and transmits them to the non-contact parameter transmission system in the form of Ethernet frames. The contactless parameter transmission system completes the parallel and serial conversion of multi-channel data, and the serialized data is transmitted in the form of wireless laser. At the receiving end, the data received by the photodetector is deseribed and converted into Ethernet frame, and then it is transmitted to the host computer receiving program through the Ethernet port. Finally, the collected parameters are parsed and stored. This design system has the characteristics of multi-channel, miniaturization, easy installation and high-speed transmission. The design system is tested and verified, which provides a reliable way to collect and transmit the non-contact parameters of aero-engine.
