【摘要】:随着我国城市建设的迅速发展,城市生活垃圾量每年按照百分之十几的速率递增,因此对城市生活垃圾的合理化处理尤其重要。处理不当,就会造成“垃圾围城”的局面,而垃圾处理的同时也给环境造成了一定的污染,也被越来越多的人意识到,其中的臭气、渗滤液污染影响比较突出。一般的垃圾场运行都在10---20多年,这样长期性的市政项目,如果环保处理项目不达标,将会造成持续性、累计性的污染。其中的垃圾渗滤液是否处理达标排放是衡量一个垃圾填埋场是否为卫生填埋场的重要指标之一。对于垃圾渗滤液的处理,不仅需要对垃圾渗滤液的处理工艺(包括建设成本和运营成本)进行深入的分析,也需要对垃圾渗滤液的源头、收集、处理、排放流程进行全面的通盘兼顾,并当成渗滤液运营的一部分。本文引用已经建设好的工程(处理工艺MBR+NF/RO),通过建设成本、建设周期、建设难度等,加上运营期间的成本分析(电费、人工费、药剂费等)、折旧、维修费等,以处理效果为前提,对主体工程进行综合分析;同时将垃圾渗滤液的源头、收集、处理、排放的工艺,也纳入到渗滤液处理的运营管理过程中,对渗滤液所能经过的路径进行整体考虑,根据当地的环境、气候,选择合适的主体工艺并相应地完善各个其他可能影响到的环节。同时通过参观考察,本文中也引用了其他处理工艺的比对,例如MVC、A/O+Fenton,对工艺进行了简易介绍,以便于有更多的选择,同时也可以根据垃圾填埋场的填埋年限,对工艺做出灵活的调整。工程实例表明,处理工艺:MBR+NF/RO可以首先选择,当然,各个地方的实际情况不同,需要根据实际情况具体情况具体分析。同时二[艺可以进行灵活的组合,工程实践证明,生化最好先考虑,后续可以DTRO、MVC、Fenton,在处理效果保证的前提下,需要跟建设投资紧密相连,从后期运行成本(电费、药剂费、人工费)、折旧、维修角度来看,从山东、广东、广西、江西、山西工程实践证明处理工艺:MBR+NF/RO相对比较合适,别的成本相对高。在主体工艺选择确定的情况下,需要从渗滤液产生的源头开始,包括收集、库区内的分区规划、雨污分流(库区周边排水沟、HDPE膜隔离降雨等)、地下水及时观察提升排放、处理后渗滤液达标排放等进行综合的考虑,一起纳入到渗滤液日常运营管理中,以便于更好的掌握渗滤液的动态变化,及采取更合适的工艺调整。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban construction in China, the amount of MSW is increasing at a rate of more than ten percent per year. Therefore, the rational disposal of MSW is particularly important. Improper disposal will lead to the situation of "garbage siege", while garbage disposal also pollute the environment, and more and more people realize that the odor and leachate pollution is more prominent. The operation of the general waste yard is in 10---20 for many years. If such a long-term municipal project fails to meet the standard of environmental protection, it will cause continuous and cumulative pollution. Whether the landfill leachate is one of the important indicators to measure whether a landfill is a sanitary landfill or not. For the treatment of landfill leachate, need not only to the treatment process of landfill leachate (including the construction cost and operation cost) to conduct in-depth analysis, but also the need for the source, leachate collection, treatment and discharge process to conduct a comprehensive overall consideration, and as a part of the leachate operation. This paper has good reference construction engineering (treatment MBR+NF/RO), through the construction cost, construction period, construction difficulty, coupled with the analysis during the operation costs (electricity, labor costs, drug fees), depreciation, maintenance fees, the treatment effect is the premise of the comprehensive analysis of the main project; at the same time the garbage leachate source, collection, treatment and discharge process into the operation and management process of leachate treatment infiltration in the path of the leachate can after the overall consideration, according to the local environment, climate, select the main process and the corresponding improvement of each other may affect the link. At the same time, through the tour inspection, this article also quoted the comparison of other treatment processes, such as MVC and A/O+Fenton, and introduced the technology briefly, so that more choices can be made, and the process can be adjusted flexibly according to the landfill date of landfill. The engineering example shows that the treatment process can be chosen first: MBR+NF/RO, of course, the actual situation in different places is different, so we need to make a detailed analysis based on the actual situation and specific circumstances. At the same time [two art can be flexible combination of engineering practice, it is best to consider the follow-up biochemical, DTRO, MVC, Fenton can be guaranteed, in effect, need to construction investment are closely linked, from the late running costs (electricity, chemicals cost, labor costs, depreciation, maintenance) perspective, certificate processing from Shandong, Guangdong, Guangxi technology, Jiangxi, Shanxi: MBR+NF/RO engineering practice is relatively appropriate, other costs are relatively high. In the main process of selection is determined, the source needs arising from leachate, including collection, area zoning, rain and sewage diversion (surrounding reservoir drainage ditch, HDPE membrane rainfall), groundwater discharge, improve timely observation after treatment of leachate discharge and comprehensive consideration, together into the leachate daily operation management, in order to better grasp the dynamic changes of leachate, and adopt more appropriate adjustment process.
