【摘要】:研究了不同pH时尿素(U)溶液吸收不同浓度F(甲醛)废气的能力,并探讨了对吸收后反应产物的利用。研究结果表明:F的吸收率随U溶液的pH增加而降低;当吸收液中n(F)∶n(U)=0.7∶1时,低浓度(为50 mg/m~3)的F废气可通过Ⅰ级吸收处理达标(F吸收率超过70.0%),而中、高浓度(为300、1 500 mg/m~3)的F废气可通过Ⅱ级吸收处理达标,总吸收率可超过98.0%;吸收产物经适当处理后,可用作脲甲醛缓释肥。
[Abstract]:The ability of urea urea (UU) solution to absorb different concentrations of F- (formaldehyde) waste gas at different pH was studied. The results show that the absorptivity of w / F decreases with the increase of pH value of U solution. When the concentration of F in the absorbent solution is 0.7: 1, the F waste gas with a low concentration (50 mg / m ~ (-3)) can reach the standard of F absorption rate of 70.0g / m ~ (-3) through the first stage absorption treatment, and the absorption rate of F is more than 70.0g / m ~ (-3).
