锦州市第三污水处理厂工程方案设计

【摘要】:锦州市处于辽宁省西部,市域面积达10301k2m,总人口约为300万,,城市中主要有两大河流经过,分别为女儿河和小凌河。锦州市目前实际污水量己经超过3043.0xl0m/d,而现有污水处理厂处理规模仅有20.0xl04m3/d。依据锦州市污水处理现状及文件《辽宁省人民政府关于凌河流域污染治理工作的实施意见》,结合锦州市城市总体规划,有必要开展锦州市第三污水处理厂建设工作。 本工程通过锦州市城市总体规划、城市供排水系统、城市污水量预测的综合考虑,分别对处理规模、进出水水质、污水处理程度、拟建锦州市第二、三污水处理厂分建合建方案及厂址选择进行论证。锦州市第三污水处理厂工程设计规模为5.0xl04mVd,其中再生水回用占4.0X104mVd。锦州市第三污水处理厂进水水质指标预测值分别为CODcr350mg/L、BOD5160mg/L、SS210mg/L、NH3-N25mg/L、TN40mg/L. TP5mg/L情况下,经处理其去除率分别可达85%、93%、95%、80%、62%、90%,出厂水质符合国家一级A标准。 根据污水处理厂进水水质特点及受纳水体环境质量标准规定的出水水质要求,本污水处理工艺懫用具有脱氮除磷的二级生物处理和深度处理工艺。其中,选择改良a2/O工艺作为污水二级处理核心工艺,采用常规的混凝沉淀(澄清)和过滤工艺对二级出水进行深度处理。污泥处理采用“机械浓缩十板框压滤机”工艺,污泥处理后送至锦州市新建城市垃圾填埋场,其外运填埋的污泥含水率低于60%。此外,懫用二氧化氯消毒工艺和生物滤池除臭工艺进行消毒和除臭。 锦州市第三污水处理厂建成后,将大大降低城市污水对环境的污染,有效地改善城市整体环境,同时为锦州市创造良好的投资环境,利于招商引资,促进城市经济的可持续发展。

Through the comprehensive consideration of the overall urban planning, the urban water supply and drainage system and the urban sewage volume prediction in Jinzhou, the project plans to build the second place in Jinzhou, respectively, on the scale of treatment, the quality of incoming and outgoing water, and the degree of sewage treatment. The project design scale of the third sewage treatment plant in Jinzhou is 5.0xl04mVd. the reuse of recycled water accounts for 4.0x104mVd. the predicted water quality index of the third sewage treatment plant in Jinzhou is CODcr350mg / LBOD5160mg / L SS210mgP / N25mg / LTN40mg / L TP5mg/L, respectively. After treatment, the removal rate can reach 85% respectively. The water quality of the factory conforms to the first class A standard of the country. According to the characteristics of influent water quality in wastewater treatment plant and the effluent quality requirements stipulated in the environmental quality standard of the receiving water, the wastewater treatment process uses secondary biological treatment and advanced treatment process with nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The modified a2 / O process was selected as the core process of secondary wastewater treatment, and the conventional coagulation sedimentation (clarification) and filtration process were used for advanced treatment of secondary effluent. The sludge was treated and sent to the newly built municipal solid waste landfill in Jinzhou, and the moisture content of the sludge was lower than 60%. In addition, chlorine dioxide disinfection process and biological filter deodorization process were used to sterilize and deodorize the sludge. After the completion of the third sewage treatment Plant in Jinzhou City, it will greatly reduce the pollution caused by urban sewage to the environment, effectively improve the overall environment of the city, and at the same time create a good investment environment for Jinzhou City, which is conducive to attracting investment and investment. Promote the sustainable development of urban economy.
