城镇污泥处理处置方案综合评价研究

【摘要】:随着中国城市化进程,城市人口不断增加,我国污水处理量与之俱增,相应的污水处理设施如雨后春笋般修建。城市污水厂的增加,显著提高了我国污水处理能力,但同时也产生了大量污泥。目前我国污水处理厂污泥的处理处置还停留在传统的浓缩脱水外运填埋的处置方式上,由于缺乏污泥处理处置方案选择依据,许多新建污水处理厂也是盲目的借鉴这种模式,这严重制约了污泥处理处置的效率。面对日益增加的城市污泥,如何对污泥处理处置方案进行科学的比选成为了迫切需要解决的问题。首先,文章通过对实地调研资料的汇总和整理,阐述了污泥在处理和处置这两个环节上各自的操作流程,同时总结了常用污泥处理处置技术成本效益。其次,根据污泥处理处置项目的特点,基于经济、环境、技术、社会这四个维度,对影响污泥处理处置方案选择的各种因素进行了分析,建立了完善的污泥处理处置评价指标体系,同时通过综合评价方法的甄选,提出层次分析与模糊综合评价相结合的方法适合于污泥处理处置方案比选评价,建立了污泥处理处置方案评价模型。最后,以西安市污泥处理处置情况为案例,将评价模型应用于实例中,验证了该模型的合理性和适用性,评价结果表明:西安市污泥用于园林绿化、制作水泥为优选方案,并针对评价结果提出了相关的建议对策。
[Abstract]:With the process of urbanization in China, the urban population is increasing, the amount of sewage treatment in China is increasing, and the corresponding sewage treatment facilities have been built like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. The increase of municipal sewage treatment plants has significantly improved the sewage treatment capacity of our country. But at the same time, a large amount of sludge has been produced. At present, the treatment and disposal of sewage sludge in our country is still in the traditional way of concentration, dehydration, external transport and landfill disposal. Because of the lack of the basis for the selection of sludge treatment and disposal scheme, Many new sewage treatment plants are also blindly learning from this model, which seriously restricts the efficiency of sludge treatment and disposal. How to compare and select sludge treatment scheme scientifically has become an urgent problem to be solved. First of all, through the collection and arrangement of field investigation data, the paper expounds the respective operation flow of sludge treatment and disposal. Secondly, according to the characteristics of sludge treatment items, based on the four dimensions of economy, environment, technology and society, Various factors affecting the selection of sludge treatment and disposal scheme are analyzed, and a perfect evaluation index system of sludge treatment and disposal is established, and the selection of comprehensive evaluation method is carried out. The combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is put forward, which is suitable for the comparison and evaluation of sludge treatment and disposal scheme, and the evaluation model of sludge treatment and disposal scheme is established. Finally, a case study of sludge treatment and disposal in Xi'an is given. The evaluation model is applied to an example to verify the rationality and applicability of the model. The evaluation results show that the sludge in Xi'an city is used for landscaping and cement making is the best selection scheme, and some suggestions are put forward for the evaluation result.
