基于大气污染防治的浙江省幼儿园规划与场地设计初探

【摘要】：近年来,城市大气污染问题频发,如目前热议的雾霾问题,让很多中小学及幼儿园叫停室外活动,这不得不引起我们的重视。尤其是幼儿园教育阶段,幼儿群体十分特殊,年幼且身体素质较差,他们不能缺乏室外活动。一个良好的室外环境和充足的室外游戏时间对小朋友的健康成长起到关键作用。因此,笔者认为幼儿园设计不仅仅需要关注建筑本身,还应对室外大气环境予以足够重视。作为规划者,笔者认为在幼儿园规划设计过程中,就应当贯穿幼儿园室外大气污染防治的思想,并通过规划设计手法提出室外大气污染防治方法,为幼儿们设计出一个安全、健康、舒适的幼儿园室外环境。因幼儿园室外大气污染可对婴幼儿及幼教老师造成诸多危害,而且幼儿群体存在身高矮小、身体耐受性较差、心理承受能力低等多方面特点,文中提出幼儿园的室外大气污染防治有其特殊性,如防治标准应更为严格、污染防治应针对幼儿特性等论点,并提出可参照的空气质量标准和风环境舒适度标准。本文主要以浙江省丽水市缙云县新区幼儿园的设计为例,通过文献收集、实地调研、相关规划资料收集等调研方式获得基础资料,借助PHOENICS软件分析场地的风环境,采用叠图法、归纳总结等方法对污染源及污染影响进行分析,提出污染防治的基本原则,对幼儿园选址、建筑形体及各功能区布置、道路、入口和绿化种植等方面提出污染防治的指导性策略,保证幼儿园的主要功能区处于风速适宜、污染影响较小的区域,从而营造一个良好的适宜幼儿成长的幼儿园室外环境。目前,国内众多学者专注于幼儿园建筑及其环境创设的研究,研究成果趋于成熟,有关于幼儿园室外大气污染防治的研究还基本未见。本文所做的研究工作深度尚浅,所提出的污染防治方法有一定共性,在同类规划中可借鉴使用,希望起到抛砖引玉的作用,引起其他学者的重视,能在幼儿园室外环境污染防治方面做更深入的研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of urban air pollution is frequent, such as the haze problem at present, which makes many primary and secondary schools and kindergartens stop outdoor activities. This has to arouse our attention. Especially in the kindergarten education stage, the young children are very special, young and poor in physical quality. They can not lack outdoor activities. A good outdoor environment. And the sufficient outdoor game time plays a key role in the healthy growth of the children. Therefore, I think that the design of the kindergarten should not only pay attention to the architecture itself, but also should pay enough attention to the outdoor atmosphere environment. As a planner, the author thinks that in the kindergarten planning and design process, it should run through the air pollution prevention and prevention of the kindergarten outdoor. The idea of treatment, and the prevention and control methods of outdoor air pollution through planning and design, designed a safe, healthy and comfortable kindergarten outdoor environment for children. The air pollution in kindergartens can cause many harm to infants and preschool teachers, and the young children are short of height, poor body tolerance and psychological endurance. The prevention and control of outdoor air pollution in kindergarten has its special characteristics, such as the prevention and control standards should be more strict, the prevention and control of pollution should be aimed at the characteristics of young children, and the air quality standard and the standard of wind environment comfort are put forward. This paper is mainly based on the design of the kindergartens in the new area of Jinyun County, Lishui, Zhejiang For example, through literature collection, field investigation, related planning data collection and other research methods to obtain basic information, using PHOENICS software to analyze the wind environment of the site, use superposition method, summary and other methods to analyze the pollution sources and pollution effects, put forward the basic principles of pollution prevention and control, the location of kindergartens, architectural forms and various functional areas. The guiding strategy of pollution prevention and control is put forward in the aspects of layout, road, entrance and planting, so as to ensure that the main function area of the kindergarten is in the area where the wind speed is suitable and the pollution is less affected, so as to create a good outdoor environment suitable for the nursery. At present, many scholars in the country focus on the building of the kindergarten and the creation of the environment. The research on the prevention and control of air pollution in the kindergarten outdoor has not yet been studied. The research work done in this paper is still shallow, and the method of prevention and control of pollution has some generality. It can be used for reference in the same kind of planning, hoping to play the role of throwing bricks to attract jade and arouse the attention of other scholars and can be used in kindergartens. Further study on prevention and control of outdoor environmental pollution.
