生活污染与经济发展——来自重庆市的面板数据分析

【摘要】：经济的发展与居民的生活环境有着密切的联系。文章使用2005~2013年重庆市经济发展与生活污染的相关面板数据,利用道格拉斯生产函数形式,构建生活污染排放经济计量综合模型,去探索经济发展与生活污染之间的关系。研究结果显示:在重庆市当前经济发展水平条件下,经济规模扩大、经济结构优化、政府努力程度增加、居民消费能力扩大等因素导致清洁能源的使用率提高,从而降低生活二氧化硫排放;与此同时,这些因素的增加却会导致人们对生活资料的消费量增加,随之带来生活污水和生活垃圾的排放问题。
[Abstract]:The development of economy and the living environment of resident have close relation. Based on the panel data of economic development and domestic pollution in Chongqing from 2005 to 2013 and using Douglas production function, a comprehensive econometric model of domestic pollution emissions is constructed to explore the relationship between economic development and domestic pollution. The results show that under the condition of Chongqing's current economic development level, the utilization rate of clean energy is increased due to the expansion of economic scale, the optimization of economic structure, the increase of government effort, and the expansion of residents' consumption power. At the same time, the increase of these factors will lead to the increase of people's consumption of livelihood, which will lead to the domestic sewage and domestic garbage discharge problem.
