垃圾炭气化特性研究

【摘要】:生活垃圾热解技术具有巨大的应用前景,其热解可以产生高附加值产物热解油、热解气和垃圾炭。垃圾炭的性质决定了其用途。该文研究垃圾炭的粒度、堆密度、实密度、热稳定性、反应活性、胶质层厚度等性质,为垃圾炭气化工艺提供理论支持。实验结果表明:垃圾炭硬度较低,破碎时粉化率高、热稳定性较差;垃圾炭的CO_2反应活性较差,950℃最高时仅有81.5%,达不到流化床气化炉的要求;垃圾炭的着火温度较高为399℃,对流化床气化炉点火开车会造成一定影响;垃圾炭灰熔点ST低于1 150℃,容易出现气化灰渣高温下熔融现象,破坏流化床气化炉的正常操作。
[Abstract]:The pyrolysis technology of domestic waste has a great application prospect, which can produce high value-added product pyrolysis oil, pyrolysis gas and waste carbon. The nature of waste carbon determines its use. In this paper, the particle size, bulk density, real density, thermal stability, reaction activity and the thickness of colloidal layer of carbon are studied, which provide theoretical support for the gasification process of waste carbon. The experimental results show that the carbon has low hardness, high pulverization rate and poor thermal stability during crushing, the CO_2 reaction activity of waste carbon is poor at 950C and only 81.5, which can not meet the requirements of fluidized bed gasifier, and the ignition temperature of MSW carbon is 399 鈩,
