基于热力学极值原理优化污泥干燥过程

【摘要】:本文在热风对流干燥实验台上进行污泥薄层等温干燥特性的实验研究,获得了一定风速下温度对薄层含水率影响规律。基于多元系热力学原理,构建了薄层含水率的双结构预测模型。基于热力学极值原理,分析污泥水分迁移过程中吉布斯函数的变化规律,以对薄层干燥工况方案进行优化。结果表明:双结构模型可用于预测薄层含水率的变化情况;在2 m/s风速下,薄层含水率从80%降低到60%时,控制干燥温度为100℃左右;含水率从60%降低到10%,应保持干燥温度在150℃左右。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the Isothermal drying characteristics of sludge thin layer were studied on the hot air convective drying experimental platform, and the effect of temperature on the moisture content of the thin layer under certain wind speed was obtained. Based on the thermodynamic principle of multivariate system, a double structure prediction model of thin layer moisture content is constructed. Based on the thermodynamic extremum principle, the variation of Gibbs function in the process of sludge water transfer is analyzed in order to optimize the drying condition of thin layer. The results show that the double structure model can be used to predict the change of moisture content of thin layer, and the drying temperature is about 100 鈩,
