城市剩余污泥脱水性能指标的相关性研究

【摘要】:选取5种阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)对城市剩余污泥调理、4种调理方案进行板框压滤试验,测定调理后的污泥比阻(SRF)、污泥毛细吸水时间(CST),以及板框压滤后的泥饼含水率,采用数理统计的方法对SRF、CST和泥饼含水率进行线性回归分析。结果表明,在同一种药剂调理下,CST和SRF具有显著的线性相关性,可用CST代替SRF确定药剂最佳投药量。SRF、CST分别与板框压滤后的泥饼含水率之间存在明显的线性关系(R~2=0.92,R~2=0.99),能有效表征实际处理过程中污泥的脱水效率。
[Abstract]:Five kinds of cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) were selected to regulate municipal excess sludge, and four kinds of conditioning schemes were used to carry out plate and frame pressure filtration tests. The specific resistance of (SRF), sludge capillary water absorption time (CST), and the moisture content of mud cake after plate and frame pressure filtration were measured. Linear regression analysis of SRF,CST and mud cake moisture content was carried out by means of mathematical statistics. The results showed that there was a significant linear correlation between CST and SRF under the same condition, and CST could be used instead of SRF to determine the optimum dosage of SRF.
