复合腐殖生物活性填料对活性污泥沉降性能的影响
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of compound humic bioactive fillers on the sedimentation performance of activated sludge, the operation efficiency, sedimentation performance, extracellular polymer and microbial community distribution of three groups of reactors were studied by comparing the internal packing, external packing and control group SBR sewage treatment process. The results showed that the removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus and the sedimentation performance of activated sludge were enhanced by adding compound humic bioactive fillers in SBR reactor compared with the control group SBR reactor, and the contents of extracellular polymers (polysaccharides and proteins) in the activated sludge with built-in fillers and external fillers were found to be lower than those in the control group by extracellular polymer analysis. The three microbial communities were mainly distributed in 6 Kone such as Saprospiraceae,Rhodocyclaceae,Comamonadaceae,Flavobacteriaceae,env.OPS_17,Spirochaetaceae. The proportion of Saprospiraceae, in the built-in packing microbial community (8.09%) and the external packing microbial community (2.86%) was higher than that in the control group (29.82%). The results showed that the Saprospiraceae group decreased, the extracellular polymer secretion decreased and the activated sludge sedimentation performance increased through the effect of compound humic bioactive fillers, which was consistent with the actual operation effect of the reactor and the research content of extracellular polymer analysis.
