铜锈环棱螺用于水生态毒理学的基础研究
[Abstract]:As a new potential aquatic ecotoxicological model organism, the laboratory test conditions were optimized and screened under the condition of artificial control. The results showed that when Chlorella vulgaris was fed with chlorella, density 6 / L water volume, water depth 10-15 cm, soil sediment and calcium concentration in water 30mg 路L-1, the body weight of Pterus cerevisiae increased the most obviously. The results showed that when Chlorella vulgaris was fed with chlorella vulgaris, the water depth was 10-15 cm, the soil sediment and the concentration of Ca ~ (2 +) in water were 10 ~ (- 15) cm. The anesthetic effect showed that MgCL2 路2H2O had short anesthetic time and little injury to adult snail, so it could be used as the first choice for experimental anaesthesia. In this paper, eight internal reference genes were selected to analyze the expression level of internal reference genes in visceral tissues of three different estrogens exposed to three different estrogens for 10 days. RefFinder was used to analyze the stability of the expression levels of each internal reference genes in different estrogens exposed to different estrogens. The results showed that the expression of glycosome protein L7 (RPL7) was the most stable. Therefore, RPL7 can be used as one of the suitable internal reference genes for quantitative target gene expression under different external environmental conditions. Finally, the sex ratio of copper rust snail in Taihu Lake Basin was investigated. It was found that the distortion rate was high, and the incidence of forked or webbed distortion in left and right tentacles was about 2.7%. A preliminary histologic study on distortion and normal snail was carried out. It was found that muscle tissue contained a large number of parasite embryos. In normal tissue, gastropoda muscle was smooth muscle and sperm nest contained a large number of mature cluster sperm. Evolutionary type II sperm. The above results laid a foundation for the development of aquatic ecological environment toxicology research with copper rust ring snail as an indicator organism.
