600MW机组GGH堵塞问题分析及治理

【摘要】:由于国家环保要求和老旧机组改造等客观因素的影响,早期投产的脱硫系统大多安装了GGH。国内部分火电机组脱硫系统自投产以来,一直未能进入正常状态,其中共同原因之一是由于GGH堵塞,系统阻力增大,增压风机超负荷运行,为防止增压风机出现喘振、失速,均不得不长期开启旁路运行,导致脱硫系统不能安全稳定运行,以及火电机组的经济性和环保性。针对上述问题,结合同类电厂的实际情况,先后开展了多工况下烟气流场测试、除雾器出口液滴含量测试、除雾器性能分析、GGH积垢成分测试和分析、GGH吹灰器吹灰效果测试、除雾器进口烟气流场分析及优化、GGH版型及性能分析、GGH积垢化学清洗实验等,并进行了多次深入研讨、分析,逐步掌握了GGH堵塞的原因,提出了相应的解决办法,并进行部分实践,取得了良好的效果,为解决GGH堵塞问题,达到长周期稳定运行的目的奠定了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:As a result of the objective factors such as the national environmental protection requirements and the transformation of the old units, GGH is mostly installed in the desulfurization system which is put into operation in the early stage. Since the desulfurization system of the domestic part of the thermal power unit has been unable to enter the normal state since the operation, one of the common reasons is that the system resistance is increased due to the blockage of the GGH, the pressure booster fan is overloaded, and the bypass operation has to be started for a long time in order to prevent surge and stall of the booster fan, Leading to the non-safe and stable operation of the desulfurization system and the economic and environmental protection of the thermal power unit. In view of the above problems, in combination with the actual situation of the same type of power plant, the test of the smoke gas flow field, the drop content test of the outlet of the demister, the performance analysis of the demister, the component testing and analysis of the GGH scale and the test of the soot blowing effect of the GGH soot blower have been carried out successively. The analysis and optimization of the flue gas flow field of the demister, GGH type and performance analysis, GGH scale chemical cleaning experiment, etc., have been carried out many times, and the reason of GGH blocking is analyzed, the corresponding solution is put forward, and some practice is carried out, and the good effect is achieved. In ord to solve that problem of the GGH blockage, a solid foundation is laid for the purpose of long-period stable operation.
