氯霉素对混养反硝化脱硫工艺运行效能研究

【摘要】:采用UASB反应器考察氯霉素对反硝化脱硫工艺运行效能及微生物群落结构的影响。结果表明,氯霉素的投加对反硝化脱硫工艺影响不大。通过高通量测序技术分析微生物群落结构,发现氯霉素的存在会降低反应器中反硝化脱硫污泥微生物群落多样性。高氯霉素条件下,Thauera、Pseudomonas和Azoarcus是主要的异养反硝化微生物,Sulfurovum和Thiobacillus是主要的自养反硝化微生物,这些微生物使系统保持较好的硫氮同步脱除效果,此外,胞外聚合物尤其是胞外蛋白随氯霉素浓度增加而增加。
[Abstract]:The effects of chloramphenicol on the operation efficiency and microbial community structure of denitrification desulfurization process were investigated by UASB reactor. The results showed that the addition of chloramphenicol had little effect on denitrification desulfurization process. The microbial community structure was analyzed by high throughput sequencing technique. It was found that the existence of chloramphenicol could reduce the diversity of microbial community in denitrification and desulphurization sludge in the reactor. Under the condition of hyperchloramphenicol, Thauera,Pseudomonas and Azoarcus are the main heterotrophic denitrifying microorganisms, Sulfurovum and Thiobacillus are the main autotrophic denitrifying microorganisms, these microorganisms keep the system good simultaneous removal of sulfur and nitrogen, in addition, extracellular polymers, especially extracellular proteins, increase with the increase of chloramphenicol concentration.
