退火处理对变形镁锂合金显微组织及性能的影响

【摘要】:对Mg-4Li和Mg-6Li合金进行热挤压处理后,在不同温度下进行退火,研究退火工艺对合金显微组织与性能的影响。结果表明:经290℃热挤压后,Mg-4Li合金中α相产生了局部再结晶,而Mg-6Li合金中的β相优先于α相基本完成再结晶。与Mg-4Li合金相比,由于β相的存在,Mg-6Li合金完全再结晶的退火温度可降低至200℃,并且挤压及退火态Mg-6Li合金的硬度也降低。
