【摘要】:浇注式沥青混凝土由于具有优良的防水性能、低温性能、抗老化性能、抗疲劳性能及对钢桥面板优良的随从性的特点,被广泛应用于国内外钢桥面铺装建设中。然而,钢桥面铺装早期破坏调查显示采用浇注式沥青混凝土的桥面铺装层在通车运营期间普遍存在车辙病害。高温稳定性不足已成为浇注式沥青混凝土的明显缺陷。因此,结合实际工程,针对浇注式沥青混凝土的高温性能开展研究具有重要的学术意义及实用价值。本文结合成都市二环路快速公交停靠站车辙病害修复课题,通过对停靠站车辙病害状况开展现场调研,明确了停靠站车辙病害的类型及分布特点,分析得出GA-10混合料高温稳定性不足是钢桥面铺装层停靠站普遍存在“W”形失稳型车辙的重要原因。改性硬质沥青性能是决定GA-10混合料路用性能的关键因素。为提高改性硬质沥青的高温性能,本文选取SBS改性沥青、TLA及NES岩沥青为掺配原材料,通过混料均匀设计方法对目标沥青配方进行了优化研究,得到了改性硬质沥青最佳掺配方案为SBS改性沥青:TLA湖沥青:NES岩沥青=70%:25%:5%。为进一步改善GA-10混合料的高温抗车辙性能,本文以优化方案改性硬质沥青为原材料,通过正交试验设计方法,以级配类型、油石比、纤维掺量为考察因素,选取流动性、动稳定度、抗剪强度及低温弯拉应变作为GA-10混合料的性能评价指标,对GA-10混合料路用性能开展了优化研究。在保证GA-10混合料低温性能与施工和易性的前提下,研究确定了高温性能较优的配合比设计方案为《公路钢箱梁桥面铺装设计与施工技术指南》级配要求表的级配中值、油石比11.0%及纤维掺量0.2%。
[Abstract]:Casting type asphalt concrete with excellent waterproof performance, low temperature performance, aging resistance, fatigue resistance and excellent characteristics of followers of the deck plates, are widely used in the steel bridge deck pavement construction. However, the bridge deck pavement survey by casting asphalt concrete in operation during the period of widespread the early damage of pavement rutting. Poor high-temperature stability has become the obvious defects of cast asphalt concrete. Therefore, combined with the actual engineering, research on high temperature performance of Gussasphalt Concrete has important academic significance and practical value. In this paper, with the two Chengdu city loop BRT stop rut repair project, through to the dock station of rutting situation to carry out field research, clear call types and distribution characteristics of rutting station, analysis of GA-10 mixture High temperature stability of the steel deck stop common "W" shaped failure reasons. Stable rutting performance of modified asphalt is hard GA-10 mixture. The key factors affecting the performance in order to improve the high temperature performance of the modified hard asphalt, this paper selects SBS modified asphalt, TLA and NES rock asphalt blending of raw materials, through uniform mixing design method of asphalt target formula has been optimized, the modified hard asphalt mixture optimum scheme for SBS modified asphalt, TLA asphalt Lake: NES rock asphalt =70%:25%:5%. for high temperature GA-10 to further improve the rutting resistance performance, the optimization scheme of modified hard asphalt as the raw material, through orthogonal design method, the gradation, asphalt aggregate ratio, fiber content as factors, selection of mobility, dynamic stability, tensile strain as GA-10 mixture strength and low temperature bending shear The performance evaluation index of GA-10 mixture to carry out optimization of performance studies. In the premise of ensuring the GA-10 mixture low temperature performance and construction workability, studied with high temperature performance better than the design scheme for highway pavement "median gradation design and Construction Guide > gradation requirements table, Whetstone than 11% dosage and fiber 0.2%.
