【摘要】:盾构法是城市地下铁路建设的一种重要方法,盾构法施工也以其安全、快捷等优势在地下工程中广为应用。盾构法施工同时也会引起地层变形和地表沉降,尤其在穿越建筑物的时候,如果地表沉降过大将会影响建筑物的正常使用和安全,造成巨大的经济损失和社会影响,因此研究盾构施工时的地表沉降规律具有重要意义。本文为研究盾构隧道施工的地表沉降规律,首先采用文献分析的方法总结前人研究成果,归纳盾构施工过程中横向地表沉降和纵向地表沉降的一般规律,总结了盾构施工过程中不同开挖阶段下,地表变形的变化和发展规律及影响程度,分析盾构掘进造成横向沉降槽的影响范围。以天津地下直径线某工程段为背景,结合现场的工程地质条件,采用MIDAS/GTS软件建立三维数值模型,对该地质条件下无地表建筑物影响和盾构下穿桩基建筑物时的情况建立模型,研究两种情况下地表沉降规律,利用模拟结果分析在地表无任何荷载影响时地表横向沉降和纵向沉降的规律;然后分析盾构下穿建筑物时地表沉降横向和纵向的变化规律,通过比较研究建筑物荷载和桩基础的存在对地表沉降的影响情况,为盾构施工技术方案提供有效依据。为了保证隧道通过时建筑物的安全性,在建筑物周边关键位置布设监测点进行监测,比较实测地表沉降量与数值模拟在相应位置的计算结果。结果表明,数值模型的建立和计算参数的选取是合理的;数值模拟结果与实际监测结果相差不大;盾构下穿建筑物的过程是安全的,不会影响建筑物的正常使用。该项目的模拟结果和模拟方法可为工程后续穿越其他建筑物和风险点提供有效的指导和预测。
[Abstract]:Shield method is an important method in the construction of urban underground railway. The shield method is also widely used in underground engineering because of its advantages of safety and speed. The shield method construction will also cause ground deformation and surface subsidence. Especially in the time of passing through buildings, if the surface settlement is too large, it will affect the normal use and safety of buildings, resulting in huge economic losses and social impact. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the law of ground subsidence in shield tunneling. In order to study the law of ground subsidence in shield tunnel construction, the previous research results are summarized by the method of literature analysis. The general law of horizontal and longitudinal ground subsidence during shield construction is summarized, and the variation and development law of surface deformation and its influence degree in different excavation stages of shield construction are summarized. This paper analyzes the influence range of horizontal settlement trough caused by shield tunneling. Taking a section of Tianjin underground diameter line as the background, combined with the field engineering geological conditions, a three-dimensional numerical model is established by using MIDAS/GTS software. In this paper, a model is established to study the law of ground subsidence under the condition of no influence of surface building under the geological condition and the case of passing through pile foundation building under shield machine. The simulation results are used to analyze the law of the lateral and longitudinal settlement of the surface without any influence of the load on the surface. Then it analyzes the lateral and longitudinal variation of ground surface settlement under shield tunneling, and studies the influence of building load and pile foundation on surface settlement by comparing and studying the influence of building load and pile foundation on surface settlement. In order to ensure the safety of the building when the tunnel passes, monitoring points are set up in the key position around the building. The calculated results of the measured surface subsidence and the numerical simulation are compared. The results show that the establishment of the numerical model and the selection of the calculation parameters are reasonable. The numerical simulation results are not different from the actual monitoring results. The process of passing through the building under shield is safe and will not affect the normal use of the building. The simulation results and simulation method of the project can provide effective guidance and prediction for the subsequent construction through other buildings and risk points.
