【摘要】:本文依托导师周志祥教授所承担的国家973计划中的“桥梁结构行为演化理论与安全监测方法研究”和重庆市自然科学基金(重点)中的“桥梁面相感知方法与安全评价理论研究”两个课题,以30m跨预应力空心板梁的全寿命过程研究为基础,分析梁结构受载全过程性能分析方法和理论,为解决钢筋混凝土整桥的变形及病害计算打下基础。本文主要研究以下几方面的内容: ①探讨统一本构关系在UMAT(ABAQUS的二次开发平台)中的实现方法,并通过UMAT切线刚度法的程序计算与ABAQUS自带材料模型计算结果进行对比分析,验证UMAT程序在本构关系实现上的准确性、可靠性。 ②研究30m足尺空心板梁在静载作用下各种裂缝的发生、发展及其对结构性能的影响,以及抗裂、强度、裂缝恢复性能和构件的变形直至破坏的全过程实验研究。 ③通过ABAQUS中用户材料子程序UMAT的开发,,实现基于钢筋混凝土统一本构关系的30m预应力空心板梁受载全过程的模拟。 ④将ABAQUS计算的变形、应力、等全过程分析结果与30m足尺空心板梁实验结果进行对比分析研究,初步探索了基于钢筋混凝土统一本构关系的钢筋混凝土结构受载全过程分析方法。 ⑤结合钢筋混凝土构件轴心拉压全过程实验与30m空心板梁仿真分析计算结果,初步探讨了钢筋混凝土结构中平均裂缝间距与宏观应变、平均裂缝宽度与宏观应变的计算关系。
[Abstract]:This paper relies on the theory of bridge structure behavior evolution and safety monitoring method in the 973 National Plan undertaken by Professor Zhou Zhixiang, and Chongqing Natural Science Foundation (emphasis). There are two topics in this paper: the research of bridge phase perception method and safety evaluation theory. Based on the study of the whole life process of the 30m span prestressed hollow slab beam, the analysis method and theory of the whole process performance of the beam structure under load are analyzed. In order to solve the deformation and disease calculation of reinforced concrete bridge, this paper mainly studies the following aspects: 1. The realization method of unified constitutive relation in the secondary development platform of UMAT(ABAQUS is discussed. The results of UMAT tangent stiffness method and ABAQUS material model are compared and analyzed to verify the accuracy and reliability of UMAT program in the realization of constitutive relation. (2) to study the occurrence, development and influence of cracks on structural properties, crack resistance and strength of 30m full-scale hollow slab beam under static load. Experimental study on the whole process of fracture recovery performance and deformation and failure of members. Through the development of the user material subroutine UMAT in ABAQUS, the simulation of the whole loading process of 30m prestressed hollow slab beam based on the unified constitutive relation of reinforced concrete is realized. (4) the analysis results of deformation, stress and other processes calculated by ABAQUS are compared with the experimental results of 30m full-scale hollow slab beam. Based on the unified constitutive relation of reinforced concrete, the whole process analysis method of reinforced concrete structure under load is preliminarily explored. 5 combined with the experimental results of the whole process of axial tension and compression of reinforced concrete members and the results of simulation analysis and calculation of 30m hollow slab beam, the average crack spacing and macroscopic strain in reinforced concrete structure are preliminarily discussed.
