【摘要】:公路迅猛发展,优质集料需求越来越大,中碱性集料贮量不断减少。而以花岗岩为代表的酸性集料在全国分布广泛,,存储量大,且质地坚硬耐磨,如果能够解决酸性集料与沥青的粘附性问题,使之能够在工程中大量应用,不仅可以解决沥青路面修建中优质集料紧缺的问题,又能满足表面层耐磨抗滑性能要求,同时又可降低工程成本,带动当地相关产业发展。 为解决沥青与酸性集料的粘附性问题,本文基于花岗岩集料,选择五种高分子材料作为原材料,利用Minitab软件进行配方试验设计,采用水煮法与光电比色法试验确定抗剥落剂的最佳配方,制备新型抗剥落剂A。分析不同掺量抗剥落剂A对沥青感温性能、高低温性能以及粘附性的影响,确定抗剥落剂A的最佳掺量;选择市场广泛应用产品B进行对比试验,对比最佳掺量下两种抗剥落剂对沥青老化前后性能以及沥青混合料水稳定性、高低温性能的影响。 结果显示,抗剥落剂A的加入使沥青组分聚集态发生变化,导致沥青组分含量与结构发生变化。沥青与集料之间的粘附性等级由2级提高到5级,有效提高了沥青与集料之间的粘附性;沥青混合料的残留稳定度由65.4%提高到87.9%,冻融劈裂TSR值由60.3%提高到78.5%,显著改善了其水稳定性;低温破坏应变με值由2338提高到3009,大大改善了其低温性能。与抗剥落剂B对比,二者作用效果一致,且在对高温性能的影响方面,A的效果更好。 经济效益分析结果显示,抗剥落剂A成本价格低,相较于B能够节省31.1%的工程费用增加量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway, the demand for high quality aggregate is increasing, and the storage of intermediate alkaline aggregate is decreasing. The acid aggregate represented by granite is widely distributed in China, with large storage capacity, and the texture is hard and wear-resistant. If we can solve the problem of adhesion between acid aggregate and asphalt, which can be used in a large number of projects, it can not only solve the problem of shortage of high-quality aggregate in the construction of asphalt pavement. It can also meet the requirements of wear resistance and skid resistance of surface layer, reduce the engineering cost and promote the development of local related industries. In order to solve the problem of adhesion between bitumen and acid aggregate, five kinds of polymer materials were selected as raw materials based on granite aggregate, and the formula was designed by Minitab software. The optimum formulation of anti-stripping agent A was determined by water boiling method and photoelectric colorimetry. The effects of different amount of anti-stripping agent A on the temperature sensitivity, high and low temperature properties and adhesion of asphalt were analyzed. Determine the best dosage of anti-stripping agent A; A comparative test was carried out with product B, which was widely used in the market. The effects of two kinds of anti-stripping agents on the performance of asphalt before and after aging, as well as on the water stability and high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture were compared. The results show that the aggregate state of asphalt component changes with the addition of anti-stripping agent A, and the content and structure of asphalt component change, and the adhesion grade between asphalt and aggregate increases from 2 to 5. The adhesion between asphalt and aggregate is improved effectively. The residual stability of asphalt mixture was increased from 65.4% to 87.9, and the TSR value of freeze-thaw split increased from 60.3% to 78.5, which improved the water stability of asphalt mixture. The low temperature failure strain 渭 蔚 value was increased from 2338 to 3009, which greatly improved its low temperature performance. A works better. The results of economic benefit analysis show that the cost of anti-stripping agent A is lower than that of B, which can save 31.1% of the increase of engineering cost.
