【摘要】:防滑降噪沥青路面兴起于上个世纪70年代,80年代引入我国,又称为大空隙开级配排水式沥青磨耗层,属于路面新型材料。其所具有的防滑、降噪、防水及防水雾等特性受到了世界各国的广泛关注。与普通沥青混合料相比,防滑降噪沥青混合料具有大空隙骨架及粗集料比例大的特点,因此防滑降噪沥青路面对原材料、高温稳定性、水稳性以及力学性能有更高的要求。 本文通过查阅大量国内外相关文献和资料,掌握国内外情况和动态。以分析防滑降噪沥青路面的特点为基础,设定混合料设计目标,研究OGFC混合料的原材料技术要求、级配的选取以及最佳沥青用量的选择,通过大量室内试验进行配合比设计的研究,其中,优质的原材料是决定路面成功的第一步,所以本文选用高粘度改性沥青。经过研究分析后,本文选用20%的空隙率为目标空隙率,以2.36mm作为关键筛孔,通过控制2.36mm的筛孔通过率调整空隙率,确定最佳级配;用经验计算法和流淌试验共同确定最佳沥青用量。再通过对沥青混合料的路用性能的研究,包括马歇尔试验、飞散试验、析漏试验、车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验以及抗压强度等,分别对沥青混合料的高温稳定性能、水稳性能以及力学性能加以研究分析。分析结果表明OGFC混合料符合我国现行规范要求的技术指标,说明防滑降噪沥青路面具有良好的路用性能。结合试验路段的情况,本文研究了OGFC路面的施工关键技术,提出了路面施工技术以及对工程质量检测技术。 防滑降噪沥青混合料常采用玄武岩作为石料,玄武岩具有质地坚硬,耐磨性好的特点,但价格高且在湖南分布有限,而石灰岩价格相对低,分布较广泛。本文研究用石灰岩与玄武岩分别作为防滑降噪沥青混合料的石料,分别测定石灰岩和玄武岩混合料的马歇尔稳定度与流值、车辙深度、残留稳定度、抗压强度和劈裂强度。结果表明采用石灰岩的混合料试验结果无明显差异,其中石灰岩的性能要比玄武岩稍微偏低,但仍符合技术标准。这说明选用优质的石灰岩可一定程度代替玄武岩作为防护降噪沥青混料的粗集料。本文同样采用聚酯纤维作为对比试验,试验表明聚酯纤维对防滑降噪沥青混合料的性能有一定的提高作用。
[Abstract]:Anti-skid noise reduction asphalt pavement was introduced into China in -30s and 1980s, also known as large void open graded drainage asphalt wear layer, which belongs to a new type of pavement material, which has anti-slip, noise reduction. The characteristics of waterproof and water mist have been paid more and more attention all over the world. Compared with ordinary asphalt mixture, anti-skid and noise reduction asphalt mixture has the characteristics of large void skeleton and large proportion of coarse aggregate. Therefore, anti-slip and noise reduction asphalt pavement has higher requirements for raw materials, high temperature stability, water stability and mechanical properties. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of anti-skid and noise reduction asphalt pavement, the paper sets the design goal of mixture through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign relevant literature and materials, and grasping the domestic and foreign situation and dynamics. This paper studies the technical requirements of raw materials, the selection of gradation and the selection of the best asphalt content of OGFC mixture, and carries on the research of mix ratio design through a large number of indoor tests. High quality raw material is the first step to determine the success of pavement, so this paper chooses high viscosity modified asphalt. After research and analysis, this paper selects 20% porosity as the target void ratio. Taking 2.36mm as the key sieve hole, the best gradation was determined by controlling the pass rate of 2.36mm sieve hole to adjust the void ratio. The optimum asphalt content is determined by empirical calculation method and flow test. Then through the research on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture, including Marshall test, dispersion test, leakage test, rutting test. Water immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test and compressive strength, respectively, to the asphalt mixture at high temperature stability. The results show that the OGFC mixture meets the technical requirements of the current code of our country. It shows that the anti-skid and noise reduction asphalt pavement has good road performance. Combined with the experimental section of the case, this paper studies the key construction technology of OGFC pavement. The pavement construction technology and the inspection technology of engineering quality are put forward. Anti-skid and noise-reducing asphalt mixture often uses basalt as stone. Basalt has the characteristics of hard texture and good wear resistance, but its price is high and its distribution is limited in Hunan, while the price of limestone is relatively low. In this paper, limestone and basalt are used as stone materials for anti-skid and noise reduction asphalt mixture, and Marshall stability and current value and rutting depth of limestone and basalt mixture are measured respectively. The residual stability, compressive strength and splitting strength. The results show that there is no obvious difference in the test results of the mixture with limestone, and the limestone performance is slightly lower than that of basalt. But it still accords with the technical standard. This shows that the high quality limestone can be used as the coarse aggregate to protect the noise reducing asphalt mixture to some extent. The polyester fiber is also used as the contrast test in this paper. The test shows that polyester fiber can improve the performance of anti-slip and noise reducing asphalt mixture.
