珠三角软弱围岩地铁区间隧道施工安全管理研究

【摘要】:地铁作为公共交通拥有速度容量方面的优势,又由于其具有安全舒适准时准点的特点,特别是不会受到路面交通状况和天气变化的影响等优势,其越来越成为大城市发展市内交通优先考虑的对象地铁出现已有一百五十多年,在我国的发展却只有短短的五六十年,特别是随着我国改革开放之后经济飞速发展,城市人口集聚,近二十多年来,地铁在我国大规模出现,已经逐步从一线城市走入二线甚至是三线城市,建设规模前所未有,我国俨然已经成为世界上最大的地铁建设市场在这巨大的建设规模中,珠三角地区规划的地铁建设占了其中很大的比重但是,我国在地铁建设方面的经验和人才却非常缺乏,安全问题始终困扰着我国的地铁建设 地铁区间隧道是地铁建设的重要组成部分,它与房屋建设公路建设市政建设皆有不同本文介绍了常见的地铁区间隧道施工方法,并介绍了为了减少珠三角软弱围岩地铁区间隧道塌方而将CD法与台阶法结合起来应用的一种工法即上CD下台阶法笔者立于区间隧道的建设特点和珠三角特殊的地质水文条件,对具有代表性的某段区间隧道施工中的危险源进行了辨识,并对主要危险源突涌水在后文中做了一定的分析,提出了一定的应对措施 论文以莞惠轨道交通GDK38+952~GDK44+577矿山法某区间隧道为例,通过模糊物元层次分析法模糊综合评判法对适用于该地区的施工技术的优劣及安全性进行判别,得出CD法CRD法上CD下台阶法双侧壁导坑法这四种方法中最适合该地区该地质条件下的方法,期望能为今后该地区相同地质条件下的地铁区间隧道的建设提供一定的借鉴价值 论文针对现场施工安全措施,期望可以提高现场第三方监测的地位,尤其是加强对施工监测单位的管理职能针对该区间隧道施工时遇到的主要危险源突涌水的应对措施超前支护措施提出具体的要求针对地铁施工的特殊性,提出勘察设计阶段探明地质情况,建立健全安全生产责任制,加强施工技术施工安全交底等措施期望可以加强对地铁施工保险方面的力度,增加险种,,增强保险人员的专业能力,间接提高地铁施工现场的安全管理水平
[Abstract]:Subway as a public transport has the advantage of speed and capacity, and because of its safe, comfortable and punctual characteristics, especially it will not be affected by the road traffic conditions and weather changes, etc. More and more, it has been more and more a priority target for the development of urban transportation in big cities. Subway has been around for more than 150 years, but its development in our country is only 50 to 60 years, especially with the rapid economic development after the reform and opening up of our country. Urban population agglomeration, in the past 20 years, subway has appeared on a large scale in our country. It has gradually moved from a first-tier city to a second-line or even third-tier city. The construction scale is unprecedented. China has become the largest subway construction market in the world. In this huge construction scale, the subway construction planned in the Pearl River Delta region accounts for a large proportion of it. However, our country lacks experience and talents in subway construction. The safety problem is always bothering the subway construction in our country. The subway interval tunnel is an important part of the subway construction. It is different from the housing construction highway construction municipal construction. This paper introduces the common subway interval tunnel construction method. In order to reduce the collapse of the tunnel in the weak surrounding rock of the Pearl River Delta, a kind of engineering method which combines the CD method with the step method is introduced. The author is based on the construction characteristics of the interval tunnel and the special geological and hydrological conditions of the Pearl River Delta. This paper identifies the dangerous sources in the construction of a typical section of tunnel, and analyzes the sudden water gushing of the main hazard sources in the following articles, and puts forward some countermeasures. This paper takes the GDK38 952 GDK44577 mine tunnel of Guanhui Rail Transit as an example, through the fuzzy matter element analytic hierarchy process fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to judge the quality and safety of the construction technology suitable for this area. This paper draws the conclusion that CD CRD method is the best method for the construction of subway tunnel under the same geological condition in this area, and it is expected to provide some reference value for the construction of subway section tunnel under the same geological conditions in the future. Aiming at the safety measures of site construction, the paper expects to improve the position of third party monitoring on site. In particular, strengthening the management function of the construction monitoring units, aiming at the countermeasures of water inrush of the main dangerous sources encountered in the tunnel construction in this section, putting forward specific requirements for the advance support measures, aiming at the particularity of the subway construction, The paper puts forward some measures, such as exploring geological conditions in the stage of investigation and design, establishing and perfecting the responsibility system of safety production, strengthening the safety of construction technology, and so on. It is expected that the strength of the insurance for subway construction can be strengthened and the types of insurance will be increased. Enhance the professional ability of insurance personnel and indirectly improve the safety management level of subway construction site
