福州市区出租车服务网点规划研究

【摘要】:城市出租车是树立城市形象的重要窗口,出租车服务水平的高低直接反映一个城市文化、经济的发展水平。然而,随着出租车规模的壮大,出租车交通系统的问题也越来越突出,庞大的出租车队伍和有限的出租车停靠站点引发了出租车停车难问题,使得很多出租车不得不在路边随意停车干扰了正常交通的顺畅运行,最为严重的是出租车司机的休息难、吃饭难、如厕难问题,长时间的连续驾驶和无规律的生活作息导致很多出租车司机无论是身体还是心理都处于亚健康状态,此外出租车车辆正常保养、维修问题也常常困扰着司机。因此,为了解决这些问题有必要规划建设一个方便完善的专门为出租车和出租车司机服务的出租车服务系统,即出租车服务网点。 本文以福州市区出租车服务网点为研究对象,着重对其选址规划进行研究。论文首先简要概述了出租车服务网点的定义、分类及其重要性;接着在介绍福州市总体发展情况的基础上,分析了福州市出租车交通发展现状和福州市出租车服务网点发展现状,并重点分析了福州市出租车服务网点建设存在的问题。 论文分析了出租车服务需求的影响因素,利用三种方法预测福州市出租车发展规模,以此为基础确定各个交通小区的出租车服务需求量;根据出租车服务网点选址的原则和影响因素,在现有选址模型的基础上,以出租车司机的效益最优为目标,以出租车服务需求、土地限制、乘客出租车需求为约束,在选定备选网网点的基础上,构建了约束型选址模型,并设计了遗传算法对其求解;针对福州市现有出租车服务站点特点,将该模型和算法用于福州市区一级出租车服务网点选址规划,确定选址方案并对方案做出评价,同时还定性给出了二级、三级服务网点的规划。 最后,总结了论文的主要研究成果,并提出出租车服务网点布局规划研究的未来展望。
[Abstract]:City taxi is an important window to set up city image. The level of taxi service directly reflects the development level of a city's culture and economy. However, as the scale of taxi grows, The problems of the taxi transportation system are also becoming more and more prominent. The huge number of taxi teams and the limited number of taxi stops have caused the problem of taxi parking difficulties. As a result, many taxis have to stop at random on the roadside to interfere with the smooth operation of normal traffic. The most serious problems are the difficulty for taxi drivers to rest, eat and go to the toilet. Long periods of continuous driving and irregular living and rest lead to many taxi drivers in a sub-healthy state, both physically and psychologically. In addition, taxi vehicle maintenance and repair problems often plague drivers. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to plan and build a convenient and perfect taxi service system for taxis and taxi drivers, that is, taxi service network. In this paper, Fuzhou urban taxi service network as the research object, focusing on its location planning. Firstly, the paper briefly outlines the definition, classification and importance of taxi service network; Then on the basis of introducing the overall development of Fuzhou, the paper analyzes the current situation of Fuzhou taxi traffic development and Fuzhou taxi service network development, and focuses on the analysis of Fuzhou taxi service network construction problems. The paper analyzes the influencing factors of taxi service demand, uses three methods to predict the scale of Fuzhou taxi development, and determines the demand for taxi service in each traffic district. According to the principle and influencing factors of taxi service network location, on the basis of the existing location model, taking the benefit of taxi driver as the goal, the taxi service demand, the land restriction and the passenger taxi demand as constraints. Based on the selection of alternative network sites, a constrained location model is constructed, and a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem, aiming at the characteristics of the existing taxi service stations in Fuzhou. The model and algorithm are applied to the location planning of the first class taxi service network in Fuzhou city, and the location scheme is determined and evaluated. At the same time, the planning of the second and third grade service network is given qualitatively. Finally, the paper summarizes the main research results, and puts forward the future prospect of taxi service network layout planning.
