基于正交试验的泡沫沥青降黏效果研究

【摘要】:为了研究不同发泡条件下泡沫沥青的降黏效果,选择70#基质沥青和SBS改性沥青,进行正交试验。对不同发泡条件下泡沫沥青的黏度进行研究,结果表明:基质泡沫沥青降黏效果影响程度为:发泡用水量发泡温度发泡水温,在发泡温度为150℃,用水量为3%,水温为20℃的条件下70#基质泡沫沥青降黏效果最优。SBS改性泡沫沥青降黏效果影响程度为:发泡温度发泡用水量发泡水温,在发泡温度为160℃,用水量为3%,水温为60℃的条件下SBS改性泡沫沥青降黏效果最优。
[Abstract]:In order to study the different asphalt foam foaming condition and viscosity reducing effect, select 70# asphalt and SBS modified asphalt were studied by orthogonal test. The asphalt foaming conditions under different foam viscosity were studied. The results show that the matrix affect the degree of viscosity of foam asphalt effect: foaming water foaming temperature foaming temperature, foaming temperature at 150 C, water consumption is 3%, the best.SBS modified clay foam asphalt reduced the influence degree of viscosity effect of drop water temperature is 20 DEG C under 70# matrix foam asphalt foaming temperature foaming water foaming temperature, foaming at the temperature of 160 degrees centigrade, water consumption is 3%, the water temperature is 60 DEG C under the condition of SBS foam asphalt viscosity is optimal.
