提高天津港装卸作业效率的方法研究

【摘要】：八十年代以来，中国无论从经济、军事、科教、文化等各个方面都在进行着翻天覆地的发展，九十年代以来，我国的物流行业也紧紧追随其后，，向国人乃至世界展示出了前所未有的生命力，本文主要讲的是物流行业中的港口物流。2001年12月，中国正式加入了WTO，中国的对外贸易程度变得开放，更好的与世界发展的步伐接轨，当然这也为中国港口物流业的发展提供了更宽泛的发展领域，带来了更丰富的国际资源。水路运输是整个运输系统中一个重要的环节，而港口是这个系统中的关键节点,为中国经济的发展起着不可小觑的作用。本篇论文针对如何对现状进行改进才能够提高港口作业效率这一目标进行分析，使我们了解天津港与国内乃至世界上著名大港之间的差距，我们针对作业效率进行改进,使固有资源得以重组，配置得以优化，使港口的核心竞争力提高了。天津港第二港埠有限公司是天津港集团下属的以综合装卸业为主的传统公司之一，它有装卸作业方面的经验，也存在影响自身发展的不足之处，所以本篇论文以码头装卸业最基本的作业效率为切入点，根据不同货类的特点，进行分析总结并加以改进，从而提高作业效率。本篇论文的第一章首先就论文的背景、研究的目的和最终要实现的意义进了简要的描述，然后参考了数篇国内外的相关文章，进行了详细说明；然后分析了天津港二公司的市场环境，及二公司主营货类的市场需求；并分别从码头和陆地两个方面，对散粮、矿石、大型件杂货及陆地火车作业过程中遇到的影响作业效率的实际问题进行分析；最后针对提出的问题，通过陆地“火车下线直取”、“矿石作业舱内横船挖沟”、“陆地装车双车并用”等新的作业方式，提升了码头装卸作业效率,其中对部分已经正式使用的新方法进行了效果跟踪。本论文研究的现实意义在于：解决了港口生产中存在的落后与不足之处，通过对港口的机械使用、场地规划、作业方式等相关方面进行改善，优化了港口的生产模式。
[Abstract]:Since 80s, China's economy, military, science and education, culture and other aspects are undergoing earth-shaking development. Since 90s, China's logistics industry has followed closely. This article mainly talks about port logistics in the logistics industry. In December 2001, when China formally joined the WTO, China's foreign trade has become more open. Better in line with the pace of world development. Of course, this has also provided a broader field of development for the development of China's port logistics industry and brought more abundant international resources. Waterway transportation is an important link in the entire transportation system. The port is the key node in this system and plays an important role in the development of Chinese economy. This paper analyzes how to improve the present situation in order to improve the efficiency of port operation. So that we can understand the gap between Tianjin Port and the famous ports in the country and even the world. We have improved the efficiency of operation, so that the inherent resources can be reorganized and the allocation optimized. The core competitiveness of the port has been enhanced. Tianjin Port No. 2 Port Co., Ltd. is one of the traditional companies of Tianjin Port Group, which is mainly composed of integrated loading and unloading industry. It has experience in handling operations, but it also has shortcomings affecting its own development. Therefore, this paper takes the most basic operation efficiency of wharf loading and unloading industry as the breakthrough point, according to the characteristics of different cargo classes, analyzes and summarizes and improves the operation efficiency. In the first chapter of this paper, the background of the paper, the purpose of the research and the significance of the final implementation are briefly described, and then reference to a number of relevant articles at home and abroad are described in detail; Then it analyzes the market environment of Tianjin Port No. 2 Company and the market demand of the main cargo category of the second Company, and analyzes the bulk grain and ore from two aspects, wharf and land, respectively. The actual problems which affect the efficiency of the operation are analyzed in the course of the operation of the large parts groceries and the land trains. Finally, the problems raised are analyzed. The efficiency of loading and unloading of the wharf has been improved through new operation methods such as "train coming down the line directly", "digging trenches in the ore working cabin", "loading and unloading both on land" and "using both vehicles on land" to improve the efficiency of loading and unloading of the wharf. The practical significance of this paper is to solve the backwardness and inadequacies in port production, through the mechanical use of the port, site planning, The operation mode and other related aspects are improved, and the production mode of the port is optimized.
