混凝土路面切缝技术及其设备的研究

【摘要】:混凝土路面切缝技术在路面施工中是非常重要的,混凝土路面切缝质量的好坏,将直接影响路面的使用寿命和行车的安全性。如果混凝土路面同时受到温度应力和车辆载荷的重复作用下,混凝土路面会很容易产生应力集中,那么混凝土面板就可能断裂或者面层出现不规则裂缝。混凝土路面切缝技术能够使路面产生规则裂缝,从而可以提高路面的使用寿命和行车的安全性。 本论文的主要科研成果如下: (1)通过对混凝土路面切缝的方式、成型机理及混凝土路面的养护时间、环境温度等因素的分析,确定最佳切缝的时间,掌握切缝的时间是防治路面的裂缝问题的主要因素。 (2)分析不同工况下混凝土路面切缝施工工艺:普通水泥混凝土路面的切缝施工、桥面混凝土的切缝施工、修补普通混凝土路面(坑洞修补时)切缝施工,即分析了接缝的结构、接缝施工的要求和步骤。 (3)介绍金刚石锯片的发展及不同领域内的应用、金刚石锯片的结构、磨损和影响切割性能因素,并提出了优化;对金刚石锯片切割水泥混凝土路面进行受力分析。 (4)金刚石锯片切割混凝土进行ANSYS仿真分析。通过锯片受力仿真分析可以得到它的最大等效应力值,然后与许用应力进行对比分析,就可以得出这种锯片能否遭到破坏。最后对不同切缝深度下混凝土进行虚拟仿真分析。
[Abstract]:The technology of cutting joint of concrete pavement is very important in pavement construction, the quality of cutting joint of concrete pavement is good or bad, It will directly affect the service life of the pavement and the safety of driving. If the concrete pavement is subjected to the repeated action of both temperature stress and vehicle load, the concrete pavement will easily produce stress concentration. Then the concrete face slab may break or there will be irregular cracks in the surface layer. The technology of cutting joint of concrete pavement can make the pavement produce regular crack which can improve the service life of pavement and the safety of driving. The main achievements of this thesis are as follows:. 1) through the analysis of the way of cutting joint of concrete pavement, forming mechanism, curing time of concrete pavement, environment temperature and so on, determining the best time of cutting joint and mastering the time of cutting joint are the main factors to prevent and cure the crack problem of road surface. (2) analyzing the construction technology of concrete pavement cutting joint under different working conditions: common cement concrete pavement cutting joint construction, bridge deck concrete cutting joint construction, repairing ordinary concrete pavement (when repairing hole), cutting joint construction, that is, analyzing the structure of joint, Requirements and procedures for joint construction. This paper introduces the development of diamond saw blade and its application in different fields, the structure, wear and influence factors of cutting performance of diamond saw blade, and puts forward the optimization, and analyzes the force of cutting cement concrete pavement with diamond saw blade. The ANSYS simulation analysis of diamond saw blade cutting concrete is carried out. Through the simulation analysis of saw blade force, the maximum equal effect force value can be obtained, and then the allowable stress is compared and analyzed. It can be concluded that the saw blade can be damaged. Finally, virtual simulation analysis of concrete with different slit depth is carried out.
