集装箱码头装卸作业系统碳排放仿真研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化进程的不断加快,国际贸易量的显著增长,港口集装箱运输业以其高效率、高协作的独特优势得到了快速的发展。港口作为全球物流供应链的重要节点,多种交通运输方式的连接转换枢纽,不可避免的成为了能源消费与温室气体排放大户。在环境成本日益高昂,节能减排成为世界共识的今天,发展绿色、低碳型集装箱港口是提高港口核心竞争力的必由之路。但是目前,对于集装箱港口碳排量这一指标进行具体量化的研究大多集中于定性描述,或单纯的对港口营运阶段能耗历史数据进行统计和总结。 在这种背景下,本文在低碳型港口的理论基础上,重点研究集装箱港口物流装卸作业系统流程及各环节中主要机械设备的能耗及碳排放量,提出了港口营运阶段不同装卸工艺下物流作业过程的碳排量计算公式。然后在对闭循环排队网络进行仿真研究的基础上,基于Arena平台,建立了集装箱码头装卸作业系统仿真模型,用于对营运阶段的装卸作业过程碳排放进行具体的量化。其次,本文结合算例,利用所建立的装卸作业系统仿真模型对某港口前沿、水平运输、后方堆场机械资源进行合理配备,并计算在正常营运阶段港口装卸作业系统的碳排量。最后,对结果进行定量与定性的分析。 研究结果表明,本论文所提出的结合低碳理论与仿真方法计算集装箱港口装卸作业系统碳排放量的方法是可行的,在未来低碳型集装箱港口的建设与规划、碳排量指标的预测等方面具有一定的理论指导作用。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration and the remarkable growth of the international trade volume, the port container transport industry has been developing rapidly with its unique advantages of high efficiency and high cooperation. As an important node of the global logistics supply chain, the port is an important node in the global logistics supply chain. The connection and transformation of various modes of transportation inevitably become a major user of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Today, when environmental costs are increasingly high and energy conservation and emission reduction become a consensus in the world, the development of green, Low-carbon container port is the only way to improve the core competitiveness of the port. Or simply to the port operation phase energy consumption historical data statistics and summary. Under this background, based on the theory of low-carbon port, this paper focuses on the process of container port logistics loading and unloading system and the energy consumption and carbon emission of main mechanical equipment in each link. This paper puts forward a formula for calculating the carbon emission of logistics operation under different loading and unloading processes in port operation stage. Then, based on the simulation research of closed cycle queuing network, based on Arena platform, The simulation model of loading and unloading system of container terminal is established, which is used to quantify the carbon emission of loading and unloading process in operation stage. Secondly, this paper uses the simulation model of loading and unloading system to make use of the simulation model of loading and unloading operation system for a port frontier. The mechanical resources of horizontal transportation and rear yard are reasonably allocated, and the carbon emission of port handling system is calculated in normal operation stage. Finally, the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results is carried out. The results show that the method proposed in this paper is feasible to calculate the carbon emissions from container port loading and unloading system combined with low-carbon theory and simulation method, and the construction and planning of low-carbon container port in the future. The prediction of carbon emission index has a certain theoretical guidance function.
