关中城市群快速公路网规划研究

【摘要】:随着2008年《关中城市群建设规划》及2009年《关中-天水经济区发展规划》的发布,,关中城市群已经发展成为陕西省的核心经济区,关中城市群的发展对于整个陕西省、关天经济区及西北地区经济社会快速增长有着无可替代的重要作用。目前,我国城市群发展越来越成熟,长三角地区城市群已经处于世界发展前列,但是我国对城市群区域发展的规划只停留在产业规划层面,并没有对区域交通网络进行规划研究,使得交通网络割裂了城市,阻碍了城市群经济规模效应的发挥,不利于城乡一体化发展。而城市群的发展又迫切需要一个能够快速集散人流、货流,安全、经济合理的快速交通系统。 本文通过对国内外城市群理论以及具有代表性城市空间布局和快速公路网布局的搜集与分析,运用城市群区域快速公路网联系理论,分析关中城市群今后的城市布局及交通发展需求。在关中城市群社会经济发展现状的基础上,分析城市群空间结构及产业结构的特征,对未来年经济社会发展进行预测。最后,分析现状快速公路网存在的问题、分析影响快速公路网合理规模的因素并进行合理规模预测。利用节点重要度法结合区位线法对关中城市群快速公路网进行布局,选择相应的指标做出评价,并提出建设时序及建设实施的相关建议。
[Abstract]:With the publication of Guanzhong Urban agglomeration Construction Plan on 2008 and Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone Development Plan on 2009, Guanzhong Urban agglomeration has developed into the core economic zone of Shaanxi Province. The rapid economic and social growth in Guantian Economic Zone and Northwest China has played an irreplaceable role. At present, the development of urban agglomeration in China is becoming more and more mature, and the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta region has been in the forefront of development in the world. However, the planning of regional development of urban agglomeration in China only stays at the level of industrial planning, and does not study the planning of regional transportation network, which makes the traffic network separate the city, and hinders the development of the economic scale effect of urban agglomeration. The development of urban agglomeration is not conducive to the development of urban and rural integration, and the development of urban agglomeration urgently needs a rapid transportation system which can quickly collect and distribute people, goods, safety and economy. Based on the collection and analysis of the theories of urban agglomeration at home and abroad, the spatial layout of representative cities and the layout of expressway network, this paper applies the theory of urban agglomeration regional expressway network connection. This paper analyzes the urban layout and traffic development demand of Guanzhong urban agglomeration in the future. On the basis of the present situation of social and economic development in Guanzhong urban agglomeration, the spatial structure and industrial structure of the urban agglomeration are analyzed, and the economic and social development in the future is forecasted. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the present expressway network, analyzes the factors that affect the reasonable scale of the expressway network and forecasts the reasonable scale. The layout of the expressway network of Guanzhong urban agglomeration is carried out by using the node importance method combined with the location line method. Select the corresponding indicators to make an evaluation, and put forward the construction timing and construction implementation of the relevant recommendations.
