城市综合客运枢纽换乘设施研究

【摘要】:城市综合客运枢纽是为旅客提供运输服务的重要场所,是城市交通基础设施之一,对连接城市内外部交通起着举足轻重的作用。枢纽内换乘设施的合理布置,,是提高枢纽效率、充分发挥枢纽作用的关键。然而,城市化进程的加快使得枢纽客流激增,导致供需失衡,加上长期以来体制原因造成的各种交通方式衔接不紧密、旅客集散换乘效率低下等问题突出,枢纽内换乘设施的规模与设计有待进一步优化。在此背景下,本文对城市综合客运枢纽换乘设施展开了以下研究。 首先,界定了城市综合客运枢纽、换乘设施的概念,包括定义、功能及其分类,明确了本文研究的对象为以铁路客运为主导的城市综合客运枢纽。按照旅客的实际换乘过程,将换乘设施分为站场类设施、集散类设施、连接类设施和信息类设施。 其次,对各类设施规模的计算方法、布置形式、参数设置进行了系统论述,并利用基于层次分析的模糊综合评价法对枢纽内换乘设施的合理性展开评价。在评价过程中,建立了换乘设施合理性评价指标体系,分别从旅客满意度、换乘设施协调性、换乘效率三个方面展开。 最后,以西安解放门综合客运枢纽为例,通过实地调研,对其在换乘设施存在的问题进行定性分析与定量评价;从减少冲突、方便换乘的角度对公交车站台、出租车停车场等换乘设施提出具体的优化方案;立足西安解放门综合客运枢纽的长远发展,提出长远设想,包括利用西安北站分流、整合陕西省西安汽车站、开辟火车站北广场和换乘设施立体化布局几点建议措施,为以后该枢纽的改建扩建提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Urban integrated passenger transport hub is an important place to provide transport services for passengers and one of the urban transportation infrastructure, which plays an important role in connecting the internal and external traffic of the city. The reasonable arrangement of the transfer facilities in the hub is to improve the efficiency of the hub. The key to giving full play to the role of a hub. However, the acceleration of urbanization has led to a surge in passenger flows in hubs, resulting in an imbalance between supply and demand, as well as a lack of connectivity between various modes of transport due to long-standing institutional reasons. The problems such as low efficiency of passenger distribution transfer and so on are outstanding. The scale and design of the transfer facilities in the hub need to be further optimized. In this context, the following research is carried out on the transfer facilities of the urban integrated passenger transport hub. First of all, it defines the concept of urban integrated passenger transport hub and transfer facilities, including definition, function and classification, and clarifies that the object of this paper is the urban integrated passenger transport hub, which is dominated by railway passenger transport, and according to the actual passenger transfer process, Transfer facilities are divided into station facilities, distribution facilities, connection facilities and information facilities. Secondly, the calculation method, layout form and parameter setting of all kinds of facilities are systematically discussed, and the rationality of transfer facilities in the hub is evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP. The rationality evaluation index system of transfer facilities is established, which is carried out from three aspects: passenger satisfaction, transfer facilities coordination and transfer efficiency. Finally, taking Xi'an Jiefangmen comprehensive passenger transportation hub as an example, through field investigation, the problems existing in the transfer facilities are qualitatively analyzed and quantitatively evaluated, and the bus platform is analyzed from the angle of reducing conflicts and facilitating transfer. The paper puts forward specific optimization schemes for transfer facilities such as taxi parking lots, based on the long-term development of Xi'an Jiefangmen Integrated passenger Transport Hub, and puts forward long-term ideas, including the integration of Xi'an bus stations in Shaanxi Province by using the shunt of Xi'an North Station. Some suggestions on the three-dimensional layout of the north square and transfer facilities of railway station are proposed to provide reference and reference for the reconstruction and extension of the hub in the future.
