【摘要】:斜拉桥是一种桥面体系受弯压,支撑体系受拉的桥梁,属高次超静定结构。塔、索布置灵活多变,建筑造型丰富多彩。斜拉桥设计和施工难度大,施工工序对桥梁成桥线形及内力状态影响较大,因此斜拉桥的施工控制就成为一个重要的研究课题。 本文介绍斜拉桥在国内外的发展现状,分析斜拉桥的受力特点。简要介绍施工控制理论。并以涡河三桥为工程背景,介绍斜拉桥施工控制过程。建立MidasCivil全桥有限元模型,,根据施工过程进行仿真模拟。研究施工工艺的改变对桥梁内力和位移状态的影响,分析施工变更的可行性。分析建模过程中挂篮荷载的等效方法,并对主梁最大悬臂状态和成桥状态的内力和变形进行分析。 通过对全桥模型中某些参数进行改变,分析不同设计参数对桥梁成桥状态的影响,辨别参数的敏感性。有助于在施工过程中对敏感参数进行重点把控,以确保桥梁成桥处于合理状态。 建立Ansys空间有限元模型,模拟3#块段牵引式挂篮的详细施工过程,分析斜拉索多次张拉对0#~2#块段的影响,以利于指导施工控制的实施。
[Abstract]:Cable-stayed bridge is a kind of bridge with bridge deck system under bending pressure and support system under tension. It belongs to a high-order statically indeterminate structure. The tower, cable arrangement is flexible and changeable, the architectural form is rich and colorful, and the design and construction of cable-stayed bridge is difficult. The construction procedure has a great influence on the shape and internal force of the bridge, so the construction control of cable-stayed bridge has become an important research topic. This paper introduces the development of cable-stayed bridge at home and abroad, analyzes the stress characteristics of cable-stayed bridge, briefly introduces the construction control theory, and introduces the construction control process of cable-stayed bridge based on the third bridge of Zhuohe River. The finite element model of MidasCivil full-bridge is established. According to the simulation of the construction process, the influence of the construction technology on the internal force and displacement of the bridge is studied, the feasibility of the construction change is analyzed, and the equivalent method of the hanging basket load in the modeling process is analyzed. The internal force and deformation of the maximum cantilever state and the bridge state of the main beam are analyzed. By changing some parameters in the whole bridge model, the influence of different design parameters on the bridge state is analyzed, and the sensitivity of the parameters is distinguished, which is helpful to control the sensitive parameters in the construction process. To ensure that the bridge is in a reasonable state. The Ansys spatial finite element model is established to simulate the construction process of the drawing basket in the section of the 3# block, and the influence of the cable tension on the block section of #0 is analyzed in order to guide the implementation of the construction control.
