越江隧道联络通道冻结施工中衬砌结构受力与变形规律研究

【摘要】:本文以武汉市轨道交通4号线2期工程复兴路站~拦江路站越江区间隧道1#联络通道冻结工程为背景,运用数值模拟和实测分析手段,深入研究越江隧道联络通道冻结法施工引起的土体冻胀以及施工过程对衬砌结构受力变形造成的影响。主要的研究内容和成果如下: 首先开展数据模拟研究。研究实际工况下的冻结温度场发展规律,得出在冻结前期,,土体温度呈直线下降,冻结后期,土体温度平稳下降;研究施工过程中各个工况下衬砌结构受力变形规律,得出拉开钢管片时,管片应力明显增大,管片受力状态较为不利,工况三对左线隧道管片测点水平位移和竖向位移影响最为明显,工况四对右线隧道管片测点水平位移和竖向位移影响最为明显。 其次进行现场实测数据分析。分析了冻结施工中温度场、冻胀压力、衬砌结构的变形规律,得出冻结初期,各测点温度显著下降,冻结后期,各测点温度下降平缓;冻土帷幕交圈前,冻胀力缓慢增大,冻土帷幕开始交圈,土体中的冻胀力开始急剧增长;隧道沉降相对于联络通道开挖施工有滞后效应,在通道开挖前,横径收敛逐渐缩小,通道开挖后,横径收敛开始逐渐增大,待永久衬砌构筑完成后,横径收敛值趋于稳定,靠近联络通道近的各测点在不同工况下沉降位移和横径收敛受到的影响较其它测点更显著。 最后,通过数值模拟结果和现场实测结果的对比,综合分析了冻结施工中冻结温度场、衬砌结构的受力与变形规律,得出了两者变形规律是一致的。 本文的研究对越江隧道联络通道冻结的设计与施工以及衬砌结构的设计具有重要的指导意义,对保证此类越江隧道联络通道冻结工程的安全具有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In this paper , the influence of the frost heaving and the construction process on the stress deformation of the lining structure caused by the construction process of the crossing section tunnel of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the No . 4 project of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 4 and the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the crossing section of the river crossing section of Wuhan City are studied . The main research contents and achievements are as follows :
Firstly , the data simulation research is carried out . The law of freezing temperature field in the actual working condition is studied , and the temperature of soil body decreases linearly in the early stage of freezing , and the temperature of soil body decreases steadily in the later stage .
The stress deformation law of the lining structure under each working condition during the course of construction is studied . It is concluded that the stress of the pipe piece is obviously increased when the steel pipe sheet is pulled apart , the stress state of the pipe piece is relatively unfavorable , the working condition is the most obvious influence on the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the measuring point of the left - line tunnel tube sheet , and the working condition four is the most obvious influence on the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the measuring point of the right - line tunnel segment .
Secondly , the field test data analysis is carried out . The deformation law of temperature field , frost heaving pressure and lining structure in freezing construction is analyzed , and it is concluded that the temperature of each measuring point decreases significantly during the initial freezing period .
The frost heaving force increases slowly before the frozen soil curtain crosses the circle , and the frost heaving force in the soil starts to grow rapidly after the frozen soil curtain starts to turn into the circle ;
The tunnel settlement has a lag effect relative to the excavation and construction of the connecting channel . Before the channel is excavated , the transverse diameter convergence gradually decreases , and after the passage is excavated , the transverse diameter convergence starts to increase gradually . After the construction of the permanent lining is completed , the transverse diameter convergence value tends to be stable , and the settlement displacement and the transverse diameter convergence of each measuring point close to the contact channel are affected more significantly under different working conditions .
Finally , through the comparison of numerical simulation results and field test results , the stress and deformation law of freezing temperature field and lining structure in frozen construction are analyzed , and the deformation law of the two is consistent .
The research of this paper has important guiding significance for the design and construction of the freezing of the contact channel of the crossing tunnel and the design of the lining structure , and has important reference value for ensuring the safety of the freezing project of the connecting channel of the river tunnel .
