公路软岩隧道健康监测标识系统研究

【摘要】:随着西部地区公路交通的大力发展,在同一地区将同时涌现大量的公路隧道,给隧道结构的安全营运工作提出了新的挑战。目前同一区域内同期修建的隧道数量众多,若对每座隧道都进行长期健康监测,不仅费用昂贵,而且实施难度很大,不具可行性。因此,通过选取该地区富有代表性的标识工程隧道进行长期健康监测及安全评价,对区内隧道群进行健康状态的标识系统研究,具有重要的意义。 本文以同期修建的广甘高速公路软岩隧道为工程背景,采用资料调研、理论分析、室内模型试验、现场长期监测等研究手段,对广甘高速公路软岩隧道健康监测标识系统进行了详细研究。论文的主要研究内容及成果如下: (1)通过对标识系统区域软岩隧道场地环境和设计与施工情况的调查分析,完成了对标识系统区域特征的提炼,选取了杜家山隧道作为标识工程。 (2)采用模糊综合评判方法,构建了公路软岩隧道结构长期安全性评判模型。辨识了影响结构长期安全性的因素,建立了二级评判指标体系;确定了评判指标的隶属函数;采用层次分析法确定了评价指标的权重值;提出了公路软岩隧道长期安全性的Ⅳ级安全基准,基于模型试验加载破坏的演变规律划分了衬砌内力的安全等级;运用模糊综合评判模型对标识工程隧道结构安全性进行了评价。 (3)根据公路软岩隧道健康监测标识系统的概念与研究路线,建立了公路软岩隧道健康监测网络系统。通过安装自行研发的健康监测数据终端,实现了对典型断面长期监测数据的采集与传输,用于实时地对隧道结构进行安全评判,并与建立的四级预警制度进行相应的预警、诊断。 (4)基于模糊数学相似优先比理论,建立了相似因子集、权重集、目标源样本集,并对9座非标识工程软岩隧道划分了153个待定目标样本集,从而构建了标识系统区域公路软岩隧道模糊数学相似优先比模型,实现了对区域内非标识工程隧道结构健康状态的推演。开发了标识系统区域公路软岩隧道结构健康状态推演系统软件,实现了对隧道结构健康状态推演全过程的可视化操作。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway traffic in the western region, a large number of highway tunnels will emerge at the same time, which poses a new challenge to the safe operation of tunnel structure.At present, the number of tunnels built in the same region is numerous. If each tunnel is monitored for a long time, it is not only expensive, but also difficult to implement and not feasible.Therefore, it is of great significance to select the representative marking engineering tunnel in this area for long-term health monitoring and safety evaluation, and to study the marking system of the health status of the tunnel group in the area.Based on the soft rock tunnel of Guanggan Expressway built in the same period as engineering background, this paper adopts research methods such as data investigation, theoretical analysis, indoor model test, field long-term monitoring and so on.The health monitoring and marking system of soft rock tunnel in Guanggan Expressway is studied in detail.The main contents and results of this thesis are as follows:1) based on the investigation and analysis of the site environment, design and construction of soft rock tunnel in the marking system area, the extraction of the regional characteristics of the marking system is completed, and the Dujiashan tunnel is selected as the marking project.2) the long term safety evaluation model of highway soft rock tunnel structure is established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The factors affecting the long-term safety of the structure are identified, the two-level evaluation index system is established, the membership function of the evaluation index is determined, and the weight value of the evaluation index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP).The safety standard of grade 鈪,
