基于室内模拟老化试验对沥青性能的研究

【摘要】:沥青材料抗老化性能是影响沥青路面耐久性的关键因素,试验室模拟老化试验是研究沥青抗老化性能的重要方法.通过对沥青进行旋转薄膜烘箱老化试验、针入度测试、软化点测试和动态旋转流变分析,探讨了不同老化条件对沥青性能的影响及沥青老化的机理.结果表明:延长老化时间,提高老化温度会使沥青质量损失加大,软化点提升,针入度降低,沥青混合料耐疲劳性减弱;老化时间和温度的改变可以较大幅度的改变沥青的流动性;当提高剪切速率时,沥青的流变性指数降低.
[Abstract]:The anti-aging performance of asphalt materials is the key factor to affect the durability of asphalt pavement. The laboratory simulation aging test is an important method to study the anti-aging performance of asphalt.The effects of different aging conditions on asphalt properties and the mechanism of asphalt aging were discussed by means of rotative film oven aging test, penetration test, softening point test and dynamic rotary rheological analysis.The results show that prolonging aging time and increasing aging temperature will increase asphalt mass loss, increase softening point, decrease penetration and weaken fatigue resistance of asphalt mixture.The fluidity of asphalt can be changed greatly by aging time and temperature, and the rheological index of asphalt decreases with the increase of shear rate.
