烟花爆竹运输路径问题研究

【摘要】:危险化学品遍及了生产、生活等各个领域,但鉴于其易燃易爆等危险化学特性,一旦在有泄漏的运输过程中,这些货车运输发生火灾或爆炸事故,会造成无法弥补的后果。不仅严重影响沿线居民的生命财产、健康安全,还对沿线周围的生态环境造成重大危害。在实践中,如何对危险货物运输路线进行有效的优化,是保证运输风险的措施之一。因此,保证道路危险货物运输安全,降低配送成本,提高经济效益,保护人民的生命财产安全和社会稳定具有重要的现实意义。本论文主要对危险货物特定货烟物——花爆竹的道路运输路径优化问题、交通规划中的双层规划模型、基于信息熵的多属性决策方法和遗传算法进行了研究。在烟花爆竹道路运输路径优化问题上,首先回顾危险货物道路运输的研究,其次进行了道路运输烟花爆竹的概述,包括烟花爆竹的特点、优化的特点及运输的法律要求等,从而得出特定危险货物运输的特殊性;本文的交通双层规划研究,从运输企业的运输两大原则分析,并将这两个原则作为双层规划的上下目标,并将影响程度转化为经过的密集区域数目来作为上层目标模型,将时间窗转化为惩罚成本加入下层目标模型中,能有效地降低模型的运算复杂程度;在基于信息熵的多属性决策方法中,将影响程度和成本性作为决策方法的两个未知权重信息的属性值,这样不仅避免了须将多目标转化为单目标求解的困扰,还能适当地降低运算难度。从算法上面分析,适应度函数为基于信息熵的多属性决策函数的遗传算法在国内的应用很少,不但能解决了多目标求解的问题,还能使整个算法得到了一定程度的局部最优的改进,具有创新性。最后本论文针对实际情况设计了算例分析,以此来证明本论文中改进后的遗传算法的有效性。目前国内外对危险化学品运输路径优化的问题研究较多,但是对特定的危险货物尤其是烟花爆竹的道路运输路径问题的研究还是不多。本论文主要解决的是特定货物—烟花爆竹运输的路径问题研究,其中对影响程度、时间窗及成本的多目标的处理借用了交通规划中的双层规划模型和基于信息熵的多属性决策方法模型,对后续的烟花爆竹的运输路径问题研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Hazardous chemicals are widely used in production, life and other fields, but because of their flammable, explosive and other dangerous chemical characteristics, once there is a leak in the transport process, these truck transportation fire or explosion accidents, will cause irreparable consequences. It not only seriously affects residents' life and property, health and safety, but also causes great harm to the surrounding ecological environment. In practice, how to effectively optimize the transport route of dangerous goods is one of the measures to ensure transportation risks. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to ensure the transportation safety of road dangerous goods, reduce the cost of distribution, improve economic benefits, and protect the safety of people's life and property and social stability. In this paper, the problem of road transportation route optimization of dangerous goods specific fumes, the two-level programming model in traffic planning, the multi-attribute decision making method based on information entropy and genetic algorithm are studied. With regard to the road transportation route optimization of fireworks and firecrackers, the research on road transport of dangerous goods is reviewed first, and then an overview of the road transportation of fireworks and firecrackers is given, including the characteristics of fireworks and firecrackers, the characteristics of optimization and the legal requirements of transportation, etc. Thus, the particularity of the transport of specific dangerous goods is obtained. The study of the transportation bilevel planning in this paper analyzes the two principles of transportation of the transportation enterprises, and regards these two principles as the upper and lower objectives of the bilevel programming. The influence degree is transformed into the number of passing dense areas as the upper target model, and the time window is transformed into the penalty cost to be added to the lower target model, which can effectively reduce the complexity of the model. In the multi-attribute decision making method based on information entropy, the degree of influence and the cost are regarded as the attribute values of the two unknown weights of the decision making method, which not only avoids the difficulty of converting multi-objective into single-objective solution. It can also reduce the computational difficulty properly. From the above analysis of the algorithm, the fitness function is a multi-attribute decision function based on information entropy. The application of genetic algorithm in China is very few, which can not only solve the problem of multi-objective solution. It can also make the whole algorithm get a certain degree of local optimal improvement, innovative. Finally, an example is designed to prove the effectiveness of the improved genetic algorithm. At present, there are many researches on the route optimization of hazardous chemicals transportation, but the research on the road transportation route of specific dangerous goods, especially fireworks and firecrackers, is still rare. This paper mainly solves the route problem of the transportation of specific cargo-fireworks and firecrackers, among which the degree of influence, The multi-objective processing of time window and cost is based on the two-level programming model in traffic planning and the multi-attribute decision-making model based on information entropy, which has some reference significance for the subsequent research on the transportation path of fireworks and firecrackers.
