公路零担物流配送站及配送中心选址研究

【摘要】:近年来,国民经济的快速增长和交通运输网络布局的进一步完善,为现代物流业的发展提供了广阔的市场和难得的发展机遇。随着经济全球化和国际化分工的进一步加深,物流在国民经济中的地位也越来越重要,以至于一国物流业的发展水平被作为判断该国综合国力的标志之一。物流被认为是企业的第三利润源,因此,降低物流成本、提高周转运作效率,发现新的利润增长点,是降低公司总成本,提高公司整体效益的重要手段。 本文通过阐述并介绍公路零担物流的有关概念及改进的层次分析法、重心—因次分析法等相关理论,结合公路零担物流自身所具有的特点,建立一套公路零担物流配送站选址评价指标体系,并用改进的模糊层次分析法进行评价计算。为了使整个公路零担物流网络更加优化,本文又进一步对配送中心的选址模型进行了研究,在对重心法缺陷进行改进的基础上,将其与因次分析法相结合形成新的“组合式”模型,用以解决配送中心选址问题。文中给出了改进的重心-因次分析法模型及求解步骤。最后,,通过案例进行模拟和验证。 本文主要研究公路零担物流配送站及配送中心选址问题,由于公路零担物流自身的特点,所以为了使选址结果更精确、更科学,构建了适用于公路零担物流企业的配送站评价指标体系及配送中心选址模型。实际结果表明,基于公路零担物流自身特点所建立的指标体系和改进的重心—因次分析法在进行配送站选址评价和一级配送中心选址时,比原有方法得到的结果更为优化,且更符合实际情况和较强的应用价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid growth of national economy and the further improvement of transportation network layout provide a broad market and rare development opportunities for the development of modern logistics industry. With the deepening of economic globalization and international division of labor, logistics plays an increasingly important role in the national economy, so that the development level of a country's logistics industry is regarded as one of the indicators to judge the comprehensive national strength of a country. Logistics is considered to be the third profit source of enterprises. Therefore, it is an important means to reduce the total cost and improve the overall efficiency of the company to reduce the cost of logistics, to improve the efficiency of turnover operation and to find new profit growth points. This paper introduces the related concepts of highway partial load logistics and the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the barycentric dimension analysis method and other related theories, combining with the characteristics of highway part-load logistics itself. A set of evaluation index system of highway partial load logistics distribution station location is established, and the evaluation calculation is carried out by using improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). In order to optimize the whole highway partial load logistics network, this paper further studies the location model of distribution center, and improves the defect of the center of gravity method. Combined with dimensional analysis, a new "combined" model is developed to solve the problem of distribution center location. The improved centroid-dimensional analysis model and its solving steps are given in this paper. Finally, the simulation and verification are carried out through a case study. This paper mainly studies the location problem of highway distribution station and distribution center. Because of the characteristics of highway logistics, so in order to make the location result more accurate and scientific, The evaluation index system of distribution station and the location model of distribution center are constructed. The actual results show that the index system and the improved barycentric analysis method based on the characteristics of highway partial load logistics are more optimized than the original method in the evaluation of distribution station location and the location of first-grade distribution center. And more in line with the actual situation and strong application value.
