市政道路工程施工方案3D数字化决策技术研究

【摘要】:市政道路工程建设是一项复杂的系统工程,其内部各组成部分之间相互联系又相互制约,关系错综复杂。其施工方案的优劣直接影响到项目的质量、安全、环境、进度、成本等目标的实现,工程项目施工方案在工程施工中占有重要地位。市政道路工程项目施工方案的优选涉及面广,是一个包含有定性和定量指标的多因素和多目标的复杂系统的决策问题。针对具体的市政道路工程项目的特点,建立科学的施工方案优选决策模型,从众多可行的施工方案中选择适合工程项目的最优施工方案,具有非常重要的理论研究价值和实际应用价值。 本文的主要关键技术是网络计划技术、虚拟技术、模糊综合优化和灰色关联分析在市政道路工程建设施工方案比选中的综合运用。根据市政道路工程施工方案的特点,采用定性和定量相结合的指标,利用多目标决策方法来进行施工方案优选的决策,,建立基于工期-成本-质量-安全-环保的灰色关联分析的混合模糊多属性决策模型;将施工网络计划技术、模糊综合优化和灰色理论应用到市政道路工程项目的施工方案比选优化中来,以杨家沟特大桥为例,考虑施工工期、成本、质量、安全、环保五个施工重要指标,定义模糊集,并利用灰色关系分析进行评价,建立综合工期-成本-质量-安全-环保的混合模糊优化决策模型,得出在最满意作业模式组合下,对杨家沟特大桥的施工方案进行决策。最后应用三维动态虚拟可视化仿真技术,对杨家沟特大桥施工中的重点工序进行虚拟可视化仿真研究,可以得到合理可行的施工方案,为施工方案的优选提供了依据,实现了工期、质量、成本、安全、环保等目标的均衡优化,有效提高了工程项目的经济效益和社会效益。
[Abstract]:The construction of municipal road engineering is a complex system engineering. The advantages and disadvantages of the construction scheme directly affect the quality, safety, environment, schedule, cost and other objectives of the realization of the project, the project construction scheme plays an important role in the construction of the project. The optimal selection of construction schemes for municipal road engineering projects involves a wide range of decisions, which is a complex system with qualitative and quantitative indicators. According to the characteristics of specific municipal road engineering projects, a scientific decision model for optimal selection of construction schemes is established, and the optimal construction schemes suitable for engineering projects are selected from many feasible construction schemes. It has very important theoretical research value and practical application value. The main key technologies of this paper are network planning technology, virtual technology, fuzzy comprehensive optimization and grey correlation analysis. According to the characteristics of the construction scheme of municipal road engineering, the qualitative and quantitative indexes are adopted, and the multi-objective decision-making method is used to make the decision on the optimal selection of the construction scheme. A hybrid fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making model based on time-cost, quality-safety and environment-friendly grey relational analysis is established. Fuzzy comprehensive optimization and grey theory are applied to the comparison and optimization of construction schemes of municipal road engineering projects. Taking Yangjiagou Bridge as an example, five important construction indexes, including construction duration, cost, quality, safety and environmental protection, are considered, and fuzzy sets are defined. The grey relation analysis is used to evaluate, and a hybrid fuzzy optimal decision-making model is established, which combines the construction period, cost, quality, safety and environmental protection. It is concluded that the construction scheme of Yangjiagou super bridge is decided under the most satisfactory operation mode combination. Finally, by using 3D dynamic virtual visual simulation technology, the virtual visual simulation of the key processes in the construction of Yangjiagou Bridge is carried out. The reasonable and feasible construction scheme can be obtained, which provides the basis for the optimal selection of the construction scheme. The balanced optimization of time limit, quality, cost, safety and environmental protection is realized, and the economic and social benefits of the project are improved effectively.
