空间缆索悬索桥体系转换方案研究

【摘要】:为探索空间缆索悬索桥合理的体系转换方案,以主缆空间效应显著的江东大桥为原型,按照几何缩尺比1∶16设计了全桥缩尺模型,利用该模型进行了3种体系转换方案。体系转换后模型的索力及线形与理论计算非常一致,说明所采用的计算方法在吊索力控制、线形控制方面具有足够的精度。结果表明,通过调整吊索的张拉次序可以解决部分吊索安装前后横向角度差变化大的问题;由于主缆的扭转刚度难以准确确定,为减小施工误差,可通过扭转角的实测数据及时修正索夹空间安装角度,同时吊索索夹应尽量延迟安装紧固。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the reasonable system conversion scheme of space cable suspension bridge, the full-bridge scale model was designed according to the 1:16 geometric scale ratio, and three system conversion schemes were carried out by using the Jiangdong Bridge with remarkable spatial effect of main cable as the prototype. The cable force and the linear shape of the model are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation, which shows that the calculation method has enough precision in the control of the slings force and the linear control. The results show that by adjusting the tension sequence of the sling, the problem of large variation of lateral angle difference before and after installation can be solved, and the torsional stiffness of the main cable is difficult to determine accurately, in order to reduce the construction error, The angle of cable clamping space can be corrected in time by the measured data of torsion angle, and the cable clip should be fastened as late as possible.
