瑞雷波法探测既有公路路基压实度的应用技术研究

【摘要】:路基是公路的重要结构设施,压实度是路基状况的关键指标之一,压实度不足将导致路基病害产生。可以通过压实度算出路基回弹模量作为路面使用性能评价和路面厚度设计的依据。因此检测既有公路路基压实度的意义重大。瑞雷波法是一种无损探测既有高速公路路基压实度较理想而又不够成熟的方法。因此要对瑞雷波法探测既有公路路基压实度的应用技术进行研究和改进。本文主要内容有:(1)对现有检波器接地装置进行改造,通过试验分析,证明改造后的检波器接地装置完全适用于既有高速公路的检测。(2)开发了一种新型的瑞雷波检测仪自动震源,提高震源激振的效率和可控性,通过试验分析,证明了自动震源的可行性,且得出自动震源激振所得面波数据更加理想。(3)开发了瑞雷波法快速检测车,改变了瑞雷波法传统工作方式,提高了检测的自动化水平。通过试验分析,证明瑞雷波法快速检测车比传统瑞雷波法工作方式更加适合在既有高速公路上进行探测。(4)提出了一维去噪、自动增益调节和共振抑制的数据预处理去噪方法,提高了既有公路上采集瑞雷波数据的信噪比。(5)提出了拟合瑞雷波速与压实度关系曲线的新方法。通过试验验证,证明新方法比传统方法所得结果更加准确。(6)在耒宜高速公路大修工程中采用改造后的瑞雷波法装置以及改进后的数据处理方法进行了路基压实度的探测,并通过开挖实测压实度验证了瑞雷波法探测压实度的准确性,证明改造后的瑞雷波法装置以及改进后的探测方法在既有高速公路上探测是可行的,为既有高速公路路基状况的评价提供了有效的依据。
[Abstract]:Subgrade is one of the important structural facilities of highway, and the compaction degree is one of the key indexes of subgrade condition. The lack of compaction degree will lead to the disease of subgrade. The modulus of resilience of subgrade can be calculated by compactness as the basis of pavement performance evaluation and pavement thickness design. Therefore, it is significant to detect the compactness of road subgrade. The Rui Leibo method It is a nondestructive method to detect the compactness of the subgrade of the expressway which is not only ideal but not mature enough. Therefore, it is necessary to study and improve the application technology of the compactness of the existing road subgrade by the Rayleigh Leibo method. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the existing geophone grounding device is modified, and the test analysis has been carried out to prove the reconstructed detection. The earthing device is fully applicable to the detection of existing expressway. (2) a new automatic seismic source of Leibo detector is developed to improve the efficiency and controllability of vibration source excitation. Through experimental analysis, the feasibility of automatic source is proved, and the data of surface wave obtained from automatic source excitation are more ideal. (3) the rapid Leibo method is developed fast. The testing car has changed the traditional work mode of Leibo law and improved the automation level of the detection. Through the test and analysis, it is proved that the rapid detection vehicle of the Swiss Leibo method is more suitable for detecting the existing expressway than the traditional Leibo method. (4) the data preprocessing of one dimension denoising, automatic gain adjustment and resonance suppression is put forward. The denoising method improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the Leibo data collected from the existing highway. (5) a new method of fitting the relation curve of the Rayleigh wave velocity and the degree of compaction is proposed. Through the test, it is proved that the new method is more accurate than the traditional method. (6) the reformed Swiss Leibo method is adopted and the improved method is adopted in the large repair process of Lei Yi Expressway. The data processing method is used to detect the compaction degree of subgrade, and the accuracy of measuring compaction degree by Leibo method is verified by the measured compaction degree. It is proved that the reformed Leibo method and the improved detection method are feasible on the existing expressway, and provide the evaluation of the existing highway subgrade condition. The basis for efficiency.
