节段箱梁预制拼装连续梁体系关键技术研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着桥梁建设的不断发展,节段箱梁预制拼装技术,因其施工质量好、有利于缩短施工工期以及减少对现有交通的影响等优点,在国内外逐渐得到了广泛的认同。本文以芜湖第二公路桥55m连续梁体系为背景,对其一些关键问题进行研究,主要内容包含以下几方面: (1)节段箱梁预制方法 主要简述了长线法匹配预制、短线法匹配预制,对这两种方法进行了对比分析,提出短线预制施工工艺的优越性。 (2)节段箱梁预制和施工线形控制 主要介绍了节段预制中线形控制的实现过程,对节段箱梁施工过程中的模板精度的控制、匹配梁段定位控制以及节段预制误差控制进行进一步的分析研究。然后,分析研究了节段箱梁预制拼装过程中的预拱度控制。 (3)节段预制拼装连续梁桥拼装施工分析 首先对节段预制拼装引桥5x55m典型桥跨在简支阶段以及成桥阶段产生的预拱度进行了分析,并对节段箱梁拼装阶段的临时预应力进行了计算分析;其次对典型桥跨在各种工况下的受力进行分析以及对整体梁段进行了受力分析。 (4)体外预应力和转向块的有限元分析 结合芜湖第二公路桥5x55m典型桥跨,进行了体外预应力损失的计算分析,并对体外预应力的张拉控制力进行探讨,最后对转向块进行应力分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of bridge construction, the prefabricated assembling technology of segmental box girder has been widely recognized at home and abroad because of its good construction quality, favorable to shorten the construction period and reduce the impact on existing traffic. Taking the 55m continuous beam system of Wuhu second highway bridge as the background, this paper studies some key problems of the system. The main contents include the following aspects: Precast method of Segment Box girder This paper mainly introduces the matching prefabrication of long line method and short line method, compares and analyzes the two methods, and puts forward the superiority of short line prefabrication construction technology. Precast and Construction Linear Control of Section Box girder This paper mainly introduces the realization process of linear control in segmental prefabrication, and makes further analysis and research on the control of formwork precision, matching beam segment positioning control and segmental precast error control during the construction of segmental box girder. Then, the pre-arch control in the precast assembling process of segmental box girder is analyzed and studied. Construction Analysis of Section 3 prefabricated continuous girder Bridge Firstly, the prearch degree of the typical 5x55m span in the simple support stage and the completion stage of the segmental prefabricated approach bridge is analyzed, and the temporary prestressing force of the segmental box girder assembly stage is calculated and analyzed. Secondly, the stress of typical bridge span under various working conditions is analyzed, and the stress of integral beam section is analyzed. Finite element analysis of external prestressing force and steering block Combined with the typical 5x55m span of Wuhu second Highway Bridge, the loss of external prestressing force is calculated and analyzed, and the tension control force of external prestressing force is discussed. Finally, the stress analysis of steering block is carried out.
